Mushroom LasagneFor a quick microwavereheated lasagne, it was pretty decent.There was aubergine in addition to the mushrooms, and lots and lots of sour cream and cheese.There was also much tomato sauce, though it could do with a richer tomato flavour.The negative thing about it was the grease that could be seen at the bottom of the bowl.And, a sad but inevitable consequence of it being microwaved is that you lose the crispy cheese layer on top.It became a hard, chewy piece of pasta instead.But, again, for $30, and almost zero waiting time, it definitely warrants a pass.

係貴網search金鐘食肆, 發現了統一中心有新店. 反正中午又是一個人渡過. 於是就一個人來找找新店. 來到統一中心, 一個開心大發現, 原本呢一間東東, 不是什麼新店, 是一向都存在, 位於百佳超市內的三文治/熱食counter, 一個外判了出去俾Habibi做的三文治外賣店.於是乎, 我行埋去, 揀了半份Chicken Salad回公司位食, 呢一種包, 再用熱壓機壓成Panini. 又熱又脆的. 看似不錯. 之後再去買隻蛋撻, 買多一杯奶茶.....傻仔一個咁既散叫(不同鋪買)既lunch. 用左$29.8........蛋撻同奶茶不評了, 因為主要是要評此店的出品. 我買的雞沙律Sandwich, 雖然因為自己去遊街買雜食而搞到凍哂. 不過麵包仍然保持香脆, 雞肉下面, 有適量的生菜, 蕃茄. 食外國式既包, 雖然常常感覺佢好貴, 但有肉有大量蔬菜, 一向比人有一種健康既感覺. 雞肉, 不是一塊塊的, 而是碎雞肉, 加上沙律醬之後, 外國式雞胸肉鞋口既口感完全沒有, 果然識得modify一下, 來就一就香港人口味. 雖是超市出品, 但有返少少水準. 健康lunch time, 又一好選擇.
