The staff are sweet. This place doesn't seem highly trafficked like many coffee joints in Hong Kong and I love that. The seating is very comfortable with soft couches and chairs at bistro style tables. The wifi is free and faaaaaast. Coffee is good. The fresh juiced juices (try the apple/carrot with ice) are a nice change seeing that Happy Valley has a shortage of juice stands and coffee shops aside from Pacific Coffee and Starbucks. I dig this joint and will continue to come back.

跑馬地，一個沒地鐵自成一角的小區，跟銅鑼灣那繁忙地帶只是幾步之遙，卻有著其獨有的靜蘊，連帶在這兒的CAFÉ都散發著怡然自得的氣氛。

這間咖啡小店位於跑馬地山腳，在市政大廈附近，M記那條街，很好找。

甫進內，就聽到CAFÉ正播著慵懶的COFFEE MUSIC，華貴色調的裝修，深啡色的毛梳化，牆上置放著一包包咖啡豆和咖啡工具，再配合亂世佳人式的影畫報，就如時空穿梭至意大利餐館。

以環境的舒適度而言，可以給予上佳的分數，無論跟三五知己聊天、還是靜靜看書，也非常合適。

這間咖啡小館給我的感覺，就如進了愛馬仕主人的家，這兒就是她歇息的小偏廳，廳旁置放著一排雜誌架讓你借閱。

享受一個下午，也不會被打擾。

至於那頓下午茶的味道，那杯cappuccino，MILK FOAM層非常厚身，而且灑上玉桂粉和朱古力漿，除了增添味道，也令到外觀更漂亮。

究其原因，可能是老闆也經營在咖啡館樓上的美甲店，對於外表，尤其著重。

但底層的EXPRESSO味道不算太突出，味道只帶點點的苦澀，而沒有AFTERTASTE。

不過我對這間店的咖啡期望，從不如上環的KNOCKBOX COFFEE、又或是銅鑼灣的CAFÉ CORRIDOR等專業咖啡店等級，所以這杯cappuccino是合格的。

至於看似在冰箱雪到蠻乾身的栗子蛋糕，入口比想像中佳，帶著濃濃的栗子香而且海綿蛋糕還算柔軟，味道不算太甜，只是濕潤度不足，不過配合一整顆草莓同吃，感覺真的蠻幸福的。

此店的環境勝過食物，如果在食物和咖啡的質素再加把勁，那就不單只是一個賞心悅目的小偏廳了。

Just discovered this newly opened coffee shop on my way to McDonald. As a coffee die hard fan, I immediately paid a visit to this nicely decorated coffee house to give a first time review on their coffee.I guess this shop has only been in operation for a few days as most of the items I wanted to order on the menu were not available, i.e. hot dog and most surprisingly iced tea as well!But anyway it did not ruin my mood and I decided to order a latte with smoked salmon bagel. On the other hand, my friend ordered a lobster bisque and an iced cappuccino.Our food came in about 10 minutes after we placed our order. The first item that caught my attention was the coffee. The coffee was catchy not because of its nicely decorated latte art but the other way around. I am extremely surprised to see that the owner of this shop was willing to spend such a huge investment on the interior shop decoration but not willing to employ a qualified barista! As you can see from the photo, the foam was textured nothing better than the one we can have in chain coffee store, only that I can tell the owner is willing to buy better coffee bean as the taste was much stronger!Another reason that gave me such a disappointment was that the coffee shop was decorated as a professional coffee shop as they placed different coffee bean and coffee equipment around, which gave me high expectation on the coffee. For the iced cappuccino, they even used the glass from Bodum, which reminded me of KC Caffe in Kowloon Bay but the taste of it was no match with them.For the lobster bisque, I didn't give it a try but my friend told me that the can soup we bought from supermarket tasted way better than them!The smoked bacon bagel on the other hand was quite good (but i guess this kind of sandwich cannot get any worse). The funny thing was that on the menu, it says smoked salmon with onion but when it arrived, the onion was replaced by tomato.Overall speaking, I believed if the owner can find a good barista to improve their coffee, the place could be a 'hit' place for all local coffee lover!
