同事住跑馬地推介我試呢間係油站附近既麵包店每朝八點新鮮出爐今朝早左起身就行左去跑馬地買早餐再返公司一齊食去到跑馬地成和道要再行上斜路就搵到呢間麵包店一入到去聞到好香麵包味好多款包新鮮出爐款款都好吸引唔知揀邊款好最後就揀左五款同同事share食Mushroom Onion Croissant $36睇食評見人推介呢款我就揀左呢個試下酥皮好脆配埋炒過既蘑菇同洋蔥好好食忍唔住食左半個Black Sesame Coconut Bostock $30店員推介呢款話好多人買用左croissant toast做base上面有芝麻醬同椰絲topping有少少似食緊芝麻雞尾包 (牛角包version)咁加左椰絲相對黎講比較甜但係都好好食Cinnamon Roll $28Proof 既cinnamon roll 暫時係我食過最好食既cinnamon roll唔會太甜包體好軟熟Plain Croissant $30Proof既酥皮類做得好出色原味牛角包好香牛油味即日食都好脆Ham and Cheese Croissant $37呢款相對較為遜色切開入面火腿份量唔算好多都係Bakehouse既Ham and Cheese Croissant好食DIced Latte $40天氣咁熱點少得一杯冰凍既咖啡呢用左Meiji鮮奶沖既Latte好香滑呢間絕對值得encore

正好和朋友去附近吃飯，順路去試試肉桂卷，當日售完，所以在店員推薦下選了杏仁牛角包同芝麻的一款，服務非常好，耐心的介紹以及推薦！麵包質量不俗，但是似乎也沒有必要專門為了走一趟

Cinnamon Roll想試海鹽味但只剩下原味 層層好鬆軟 肉桂味濃郁好香 沒有北歐的辛辣味 更容易接受 覺得比北歐大部分麵包cafe店更佳🔗Mushroom onion croissant蘑菇有驚喜 完全驚艷到 好煙韌 加上洋蔥烤得很香甜 一定要試 牛角包部分 應該要原味更加好 可惜下一轉需要等45分鐘 下一次再來🔗小店過於低調 位置在斜坡 老闆已粉刷為鮮橙色 室內很簡潔 有別於一般麵包店需自己拿 這裡直落order後店員再夾入袋 衛生更佳🔗一大早到跑馬地辦事 發掘到這間手作麵包店 早上9點 大雨天到店客戶絡繹不絕 基本上都是外國人 有人一買HKD400 應該是一個大家族 又或是小店麵包太好吃 一定要來呀

It might not be the easiest shop to find, but it’s well worth the hunt. A little bakery tucked away on a quiet street up the hill in Happy Valley. It’s their excellent bread and pastries that draw people here, including me who traveled all the way from the kowloon side. Be sure to go early before your favourite pastries sold out!I was super lucky to grab their last mushroom and onion croissant of the day! This croissant (or more like a danish) is filled with mushroom and onion in the centre, aromatic tasty flavor from onion and herbs while encasing by the flaky crispy pastry. Such a delicious savory pastry!Their Cinnamon Roll is probably one of the best in town! Distinct soft swirl bread layers with generous sticky cinnamon paste in between, it’s one with cinnamon pops prominently without overpowered by sweetness. Simply an awesome sweet bread treat to myself.Whole wheat sourdough (again so lucky to get the very last one on the day!) is slightly more charred which I actually love. Permeated with a really strong wheat aroma, with an intense earthy flavor just not enough fermented sourness. Superb layer of crunchy crust and nice chewy texture, but has a dense and firm structure overall.

𝙷 𝚘 𝚝 𝙲 𝚛 𝚘 𝚜 𝚜 𝙱 𝚞 𝚗 $𝟸𝟾say good morning to proof's pastries! @proof_hk has been a neighbourhood bakery store near my school and i can't believe it's just my first visit here! totally captivated by their neon sign hung up their storefront and just the tiny rectangularsized space for the admiration of their menu which changes everyday.presuming that this is my first time trying hot cross buns, it leaves me an impression of being quite smol and dainty. it's like a freshly baked baby bread that you would caress its packaging with your graceful fingers.inside it is some raisins, and on top is the crossed icing. it's quite soft, doughy and chewy, satisfactory for me. it's more like a hong kong styled raisin bread but much smaller. i do like the fact that it's the perfect size for a small breakie but it's just a bit pricey given the fact that they don't differ much from big, fluffy, traditional raisin breads.i'd say if you're craving for a hot cross bun, it'll definitely satiate you. but if you're not, then go for their croissants, lemon poppyseed scones or cinnamon buns! i'm sure they'll bring me surprises next time with their classic croissant and cinnamon buns! do drop by and grab a coffee if you wish no carbs!side note staff are approachable and friendly as reheating service is settled without doubts. the hot cross bun ended up flawlessly steamy in my mouth.7.8/10
