侍應好細心，見到我將手袋放在大脾上，於是主動幫我拉咗張凳擺手袋。
而且看見我老公幫我拍照，她也主動提出幫我們一家人拍照。

Just a walking distance from the Hong Kong International airport, it’s the Regal Airport Hotel. There are several bars and restaurant ranged from Asian cuisine to western cuisine for people to choose from. We went one level down the lobby and seated in a cozy bar The China Coast Bar+grill.> Chicken Strips served with honey mustard sauce (HKD138)The choices on the snack menu are tempting, we’ve ordered the chicken strips although still feeling stuffed from lunch. I like the thin batter on the fried chicken tender, juicy, easy to chew, the flavor was enhanced with a dip of honey mustard sauce. It has some fresh salad veggie drizzled with balsamic vinegar on the side.>Fruit PunchI was the only one working night shift so alcoholic drinks was not my option. We went to the Regal Airport Hotel for a X'mas overnight package. There came with a few dining options to be selected. We took the X'mas dinner set in The China Coast Bar +Grill (other than the buffet).The restaurant was very well decorated and the waitress/waiters/staffs there were nice. We did not need to wait and we then had a booth seat which was spacious and very comfortable. The set dinner came with caviar, black truffle, raspberry sherbet, soup as starters; US Beef Fillet Mignon as main dish (monkfish filet, beef, turkey available to be selected); and dessert. The beef was tender & tasty. The dessert was fruitfully as well. Meanwhile, live music was played (from the stage) with moderate volume at our seat which was very good enough to enjoy the food, the atmosphere and chat without high volume background.We had a good time and enjoyed every moment in The China Coast Bar with my love one for X'mas 2013 celebration.
上次入機場接太座收工食過這裏的豬排，美味無比，太座知我鐘意食這裏的豬扒，非常體貼地叫我接她時再來翻尋味。
今次試了另一款椰菜沙律，原個椰菜非常新鮮，加上鮮洋蔥圈、煙肉粒和番茄粒再混合清甜的沙律醬，口感清新、香甜又夠爽，很好。
重選了豬扒，一樣咁大件，一樣咁香甜多汁，一樣咁好味，水準絕對保持到。
伴菜要了燒露筍和燒蕃茄，露筍鮮嫩，入口夠爽而甜美；番茄燒完都仲非常多汁，清甜而水嫩，正。
最後加了一個朱古力心太軟蛋糕甜品，是這餐廳最差的出品，外層蛋糕太厚不鬆軟，內裏朱古力流心太少，還好的是朱古力夠香，又不會過甜。
接機悶悶地,周圍搵野食富豪入面找到呢間扒房,人流極少,O岩哂我店員推介RIBEYE因為肥一點呵呵我簡了一塊16OZ,RARE加個ASPIRAGUS,再飲杯凍檸茶走甜我呢種身形理應食12OZ以上先夠呵呵一見到塊扒就知道對路,有靚靚坑紋,一切開肉顏色很美,生熟度十分好,係完美的比例.外層略帶燒焦香但還需加強.肉味不算太強但肉質嫩滑,厚切既情況下很有口感,黑椒汁雖用上原粒黑椒做成,食落味道不算強濃,用作提味還是不錯,番茄仔很多汁,ASPIRAGUS鮮嫩無渣一分錢一分貨幾時都無錯可惜太遠,有緣會相會(下次叫18OZ更抵玩)
