上星期行過呢間cafe,只係店外稍停腳步望下櫃內蛋糕,店員在counter內已經好好笑容同我say hello,呢個印象非常好,所以今次一定要試。
今次同樣地望下蛋糕櫃,店員已經同我講買蛋糕送咖啡(咦!正bor!!)最後選擇marble cheese cake,問左店員隨餐所送只係普通咖啡,但可以加$8改特色咖啡,店員問我想飲甜d定淡d後推荐甜味較淡既vanilla latte比我。
cake set由笑容可掬既菲籍女店員送上,vanilla latte咖啡味幾香,甜度的確較淡,鮮奶份量剛好,的確唔錯!蛋糕花紋幾靚,質感對我黎講仍然稍軟,芝士味道一般濃郁,朱古力味道好輕微,可以再硬身同濃味d會更妙!餅底較淋,除左外觀,呢件芝士餅未算合自己要求。
開放式設計有不同座椅選擇,我當然選擇倚牆自閉位,倚牆由內望出客運大樓,聽住輕鬆韓語歌曲,呢個感覺好好。
服務方面全取五分,除左上次良好印象外,今次各店員都好有禮貌,客人入店時打招呼外,離開時都一齊講bye bye,自己特別鐘意菲籍女店員個種陽光笑容=)

”Tea Set 咖啡＋Coffee Cheese Cake（＄２８）咖啡確是比較醇，但味淡．Coffee Cheese Cake 就算不錯．店舖紅黑白的裝修很簡潔．但成功的Coffee Shop除了咖啡質素好之外，座椅要舒服，使人坐下了就不願起來才算好．那時尚座椅，椅背只到腰，坐下了就實在不願再來．另外，在５：３０pm到７：３０pm這時段內，就只得我一個客人．猜想就算是＄０舖租，賺到的也不夠付那兩位店員工資．
the skyplaza is so big and many things to see and eat such as the coffee shop called morninghaz, the coffee is perfect especial green tea latte which is caffeine free and very smooth. I like it so much and the interior design is so relax and cool, the staff are so nice and helpful.
