I have visited HKU and have a quick breakfast in my early morning at 9. So I choose Swire Canteen near to East Gate of HKU, you have to walk up stairs in FSC amenities center to 2nd floor. Is quite far from HKU Station, but better go there if you want to have a quiet place for a quick breakfast before work. I ordered a 法蘭克福腸 (sauage) with 鮮奶炒蛋 (scrambled egg), plus a 火腿通心粉 (extra 3.5hkd if you add this with the sauage and egg). Together with a hot lemon tea. Total 24.5hkd. This set also included a toast, since I dont like butter so I ask them to give me simply a white bread. You can do so if you dont like it as well.Not too full but just alright. Dont expect too much on the quality since it is just a fast food restaurant, but still acceptable for such a price and amount.

比起出面D阿三阿潭，这间飯堂米線非常出色，虽然只得2个師傅製作，还要即來即煮，難怪日日都排出長長的人龙，最值得吃的米線是九鄉酸辣米線，四川米線也不一样咁出色，總之D米線名各色其式，梗有一款咁你
Swire can 即煮米線都出咗好耐，但平時實在太多人，今次見人少少，所以就買嚟試下。
Cooked to order rice noodle is popular in Swire canteen. Today, there were not many people, so I tried it.味道：8環境：7服務：我叫咗唔辣嘅大理米線。
裹面有雞翼、鮮肉碎、木耳絲同時菜。
I ordered nonspicy Da Li style rice noodles in soup. It included chicken wings, minced pork, shredded agaric and vegetable.味道唔錯，但份量對男仔嚟講就太少。
It was delicious, but the size might not enough for boys.
同中學同學食飯 其實hku入面有好多食野既地方見今日有時間所以就行遠少少去swire can到食雖則hku啲canteen間間都係大家樂啲friend但呢到勝在夠平夠抵食 最平既廿蚊都有找我就平平地叫左個價值$20既叉燒切雞飯唔好以為佢值廿蚊就會難食過係出面食果啲呀啲雞雖然唔可以話肉質嫩滑 但至少唔老唔韌加埋啲薑蔥蓉一齊食 令到啲雞好夠味啲叉燒簡直係一流 係我至愛既半肥瘦叉燒唔會因為瘦得濟搞到好乾 又唔會啖啖肥膏咁加埋啲叉燒汁 真係好味到無得頂呀~~!!!唯一要彈既就係佢俾啲汁少得濟 唔夠我撈飯食
平時由於很少去Swire，所以也特別少去Swire Cantenn 吃飯。
一次機緣巧合之下便在swire canteen用餐，點了即製意粉配蟹柳 蝦仔 茄汁。
茄汁是甜甜的略帶少許酸，蝦仔和蟹柳也挺入味，帶有茄汁味。
意粉並沒有太大嚼勁，是十分軟，不過也正正是我喜愛的麵質。
而且帶有少許辣味，吃後整身暖暖的。
