We were walking around The Mills and wanted a place to grab some snacks and coffee. We ordered some truffle cheese fries and for drinks I ordered the Golden Dreamland (basically kind of like a lemon soda) while my girlfriend ordered their siphon coffee. My drink came first, then the fries came shortly after. The fries tasted alright, not bad for $58. My drink was good too, but $56 may be a little overpriced for what it was and it was a really small cup. Now the siphon coffee ($70) was nice too I guess, it was our first time trying siphon coffee. But we had to wait almost 40 minutes for it to arrive. Yes the cafe was busy but 40 minutes is just unacceptable. I had chased my order after waiting 25 minutes but they gave me some nonsense explanation about how it usually takes a while and can’t guarantee how long it’ll take during peak periods. And when the coffee finally arrived, they just put it on our table without apologising for making us wait so long. Won’t be back

昨天發現荃灣地鐵站原來有免費穿梭巴士接駁南豐紗廠，今天立刻去。
穿梭巴士每20分鐘一班，裝潢很有特色。
本來打算吃著名的honbo漢堡包，誰知道原來逢星期二休息，於是亂找到這家cozy cafe點了一個安格斯漢堡， 並且加了$16把餐飲轉為凍朱古力。
先上來的是朱古力，雖然只加$16 ，但份量少得令人有點失望，而且有兩三塊大大的冰塊，可以想像冰塊溶化後會溝淡飲品味道。
朱古力味不算濃，飲品不算甜，比很多朱古力死甜死甜好。
餐廳說是特意用比利時朱古力，但這個質量並沒有令人驚喜。
漢堡包整體不算乾，但也沒有很濕潤，明明有肉汁滴落，但感覺就是不濕潤。
漢堡點了全熟，但牛扒中間仍然帶紅，不過沒有任何血腥味。
麵包鬆軟，但質感有點韌。
番茄生菜味道正常，新鮮。
薯條是幼身的薯條，不算非常脆，但也OK。
餐具有點浪費，都是包好的，我只需要用紙巾，但也要整個拆開，浪費了沒需要用的餐具。
如果疫情過後，餐具能開放自取，那就不會造成浪費了。
店員服務態度很好，而且堅守防疫政策，有客人沒有量體溫走進來，他也會禮貌地請對方先出去，量體溫後才能進餐廳。

在南豐紗廠裡面有很多咖啡廳，這次找了一家位置較隱蔽的咖啡廳來飲咖啡打打卡。
在這咖啡廳附近就是南豐紗廠打卡後樓梯次可以一次過打卡到兩個地方挻不錯。
店舖有三個位置提供，鋪外位置(紗廠大堂)/吧枱/餐桌，我們坐了吧枱位置，用來打照片確實不錯，再點兩杯咖啡休息一會兒放鬆一下。
💥Ice Americano 凍美式咖啡 HKD$38，相比起常見咖啡廳的凍飲來說算是細杯，冰塊不算很多，咖啡味道不過不失。
💥Hot Cuppuccino 熱泡沫咖啡 HKD$42，價錢一般可以接受，面頭還有美美的心型拉花，咖啡味道挻香濃感覺不錯。
