氹仔再飲茶上次去氹仔試過老記飲茶，今次再ENCORE，順補返張門面相等大家易認D。

今次有D點心上次都有點就唔重覆介紹，試左幾款新野，同大家開心SHARE 荷葉籠仔蒸雞飯＄95大讚！蒸雞夠滑，而且個飯夠多汁，而且好軟熟，吸哂D雞味同荷葉味，荷葉香味再重D味道就100分！！不過食到好幾粒雞骨碎，師傳刀功睇黎麻麻地，扣分！招牌燒乳鴿＄48皮脆肉嫩，火喉岩岩好燒鵝炸芋角$20芋角炸得岩岩好，外層夠酥脆無乜油，裹面D肉岩岩好蝦米蔥花腸＄30食食下先記得影，無左一大碟，腸粉軟綿綿，但蝦米味唔多夠，鼓油都麻麻鮮枝竹浸時蔬$78生菜鮮甜，正！可惜食完先記得影。
