Starting with a refreshing homemade umeshu, delightful choices of breads with awesome butter topped with salt and black truffle, I knew I have picked a right choice for the birthday celebration. We have additionally ordered an a la carte of assorted veggies salad, it was just lovely. The dishes are well garnished, delish and fresh. Piane (the chef) showed her passion on every single dishes! Not to mention the place is cozy and warm. I’m looking forward to going back again!

It is a nice fine dining restaurant. With its focus on quality ingredients and matched with elegant presentation. Creative, delicious and good value.We had a wonderful meal and an enjoyable night. It is a musttry French restaurant in Fotan.
火炭工業區裡面嘅私房菜，廚師係日本Le Cordon Bleu學藝，走fine dining路線，裝修簡潔，以黑色為主，每晚只做一檯客，要預訂！廚師會為客人設計菜色，如食材方面有特別要求可以提出，食材九成都用進口上等食材，可自擕餐酒！地點位於工廠大廈內，火炭站出D出口直行約5分鐘即達。
菜色方面「花膠龍蝦湯」好特別，味道十分濃郁，大愛！牛扒係廚師自己dry aged，牛味濃而生熟程度剛剛好！最後甜品係檸檬撻，夠酸度，我鍾意！
第一次寫食評，今晚朋友帶我黎到火炭嘅一間私房菜，一坐低先飲左D，白酒傾左陣計，就開始我地豐富嘅晚餐啦。
一向唔多鍾意飲蘑菇湯嘅我竟然飲曬😱真係好好飲呀😋另外仲有個意份都好好味呀，講講下都想再食。
除左擺盤精緻之外，食物都好有質素。
簡直係視覺同味覺嘅享受。
