對咖啡的品嚐仍然意猶未盡，去灣仔買完日用品後，總要再來杯咖啡，今次來到coffee academic, 我也曾經光顧過太古分店，仍然不忘它的nutty香，但一場來到灣仔，又來品嚐下咖啡house blend 主要的產地來自ethiopia ,Colombia &Brazil, 我選擇了杯long black , 味道先帶出果酸，飲落都順喉，飲到最尾先出nutty,但同我之前飲的味道已經有不同 ，詢問過店員後，我又學到野啦，原來調配咖啡豆機有關，不過他都有同我講，調配果酸較出可以更飲到多的層次，先會有果酸，後有焦糖感，的確真是不錯lunch time 點個餐可以送埋杯咖啡($45)，我點了一份鮮蝦西班牙辣腸長通粉($118)，附送了餐湯或沙律，我選擇了個daily soup ,今日是南瓜湯，湯稠香滑，味道香甜，加了幾粒蒜包粒，帶出鹹鹹地的牛油香，正長通粉份量適中，鮮蝦肉都大大隻，爽口彈牙，鮮味就一般，厚切的西班牙辣腸鹹鮮，爽口有嚼頭，而口感有al dente的長通粉 用上saffron cream sauce 去煮，都好creamy，吃起來都好滑溜，水準都晤錯

食物唔錯，店員好nice👍🏼今次食野為主，叫左龍蝦包（$208）包裡面有大大舊龍蝦肉，幾條沙律菜，個包有烘過，味道都幾好，如果再搽埋少少香草牛油就更正🤤。

龍蝦頭唔止裝飾咁簡單，裡面有好多肉同膏。

薯條炸得好香脆，好大份魚柳粟米脆餅配芒果沙沙醬（$168）芒果沙沙醬好清新，同魚柳都好夾，整體味道唔錯，薯條一樣好香脆，有一堆沙律菜，減少罪惡感個scone好大個（$40），有牛油香，會整暖先上枱，butter cream 同果醬都好食👍🏼環境好，員工超級好人👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼會再去幫趁😊

五星級酒店coffee shop ，一杯iced mocha，可能會售$60.5 ！但一般咖啡館呢？先看看質素吧？！之前也光顧過coffee academics，是赤柱店，食物質素和咖啡都不錯。

雖然價錢也不算便宜，但是，咖啡出色，食品味道佳的話，貴一點是沒有問題的！今天到銅鑼灣店，環境和服務還不錯……但………咖啡店，咖啡才是主角！我叫了iced mocha，一點咖啡味都沒有！彷彿在喝一杯iced chocolate！朱古力粉的味道，和奶的味道，完全蓋過了咖啡……我完全喝不到咖啡味！！！$60.5……你覺得值得嗎？

咖啡, 食物質素依然 keep 倒水準, 可惜拉花技巧有待改進. 今日呢個 avocado chicken sandwiches 係好味! Avocado 新鮮, 蛋白係新鮮炒, 雞肉味道恰到好處! 麵包能夠同以上食物融為一體, 好味 😋 (可惜蛋白太小) 如果花多小小心機喺avocado 嘅裝飾, 我相信會引嚟更多人嚟食! 餐廳寬躺, 正因如此, waiter, waitress 不能保持同客人有良好溝通速度. 餐牌殘舊, 令客人唔敢有近距離接觸.

I am always on the hunt for a good deal but you won’t find one at Coffee Academics.I was recommended by a buddy to go there for their breakfast special. He said if you get there before noon, it will include a complimentary coffee.I ordered their normal special. The food wasn’t seasoned, there wasn’t any sauce on the salad, and the sausage tasted as though it has been frozen too long. They didn’t even bother putting a little pepper on the tomato. The food was average. If you are seeking a hardy British breakfast, take your business to the Flying Pan.For the coffee, I asked for a flat white but they said I can only get an americano. They even charge you more if you want it cold. That was disappointing.To top things off, when I got the bill, they went ahead and added in a service charge. That’s strange as there wasn’t any real service. I had another buddy who went there on the weekend thinking the special was all week. To his surprise, when he got the bill, he realized the special didn’t apply on the weekends. Surprise!All that the coffee shop has going for it is that it’s quite so you can work or read there. But even then, there are better options as there wifi cuts out every couple of hours, forcing you to log back in. Frustrating.If you want a good brunch, there are better options. If you want coffee, there are also better options and if you are seeking a place to work, there are better options.
