3日內食2次lunch.第一次吃青咖哩雞反, 咖哩濃又滑...又多材料...$68.包一罐野食同一客春卷.第二次食, 只係隔左一日...星點知..稀晒..無咩料...勁失望...環境係半戶外...適合外賣.

This was my first time visit to this restaurant, and thought that things couldn't be that bad around Brim 28, so I decided to try out this place with one of my colleague.The two of us sat down, and waited for a long while before the waitress came over in a slow manner to change the paper sheets that were left over from the previous client. Shockingly, the waitress came back with the same sheets!!! the reasons is coz we recognize the same stained that dirt the papers@@How appalling and unprofessional!Anyhow, we ordered two ordinary set lunches from the menu, i.e. “Pineapple fried rice” and “Pad thai” that come with a side dish “springrolls”.Pineapple fried riceto be honest, it is so much worst than I expected from an ordinary dish, the rice were still sticky, and the chicken that are still in big chunk were not marinated enough, so it is basically tasteless. Normally I can finish up a plate, but the rice taste so awful that I have just to leave it.Pad ThaiFor the pad thai, it was okay, but this is still not up to the standard that a decent thai restaurant should have. The reason is becozagain the chicken used by the chef are tasteless, and you can somehow taste the refrigerated smell which was disgusting.Spring rollsThe side dish arrived only after several attempts to follow up with the waitress who kept ignoring the customers and wandering around. Again the spring rolls which is so simple was jus a disappointment as anticipated. It taste like they have been refried, so that the skin springrolls were absolutely not chewable and very oily as well.If it is not for rush hour during lunch time, I would think tasty thai should have no business. So don't be fooled by the crowds there ppl! I thought a lot of ppl who are the first time visitors have been trapped like us. With the poor quality of food and unprofessional service from the waitress and waiter, I would never consider to come back again.Brim 28 should seriously consider introducing better quality restaurant and do a review on them to further enhance its food icon in wanchai!

位於灣仔的灣景中心，前身名叫：「三里屯」的食肆樓層，這一帶改頭換面！ 以新形象示人， 並改名為：Brim 28；吸納多間特色餐廳進駐！各式各樣的食肆雲集！至今，餐廳已經開得七七八八！ 最近，連 <SUBWAY> 也開了！當中， 希臘快餐店 <GRECOπ> 及日本便當飯糰快餐店 <華御結> 吸引我的垂青！在7月10日，我經過 Brim 28 ，見到 <Tasty Thai> 即將開張！ 與 <華御結> 為鄰！另外，適逢 8月15日~27日電腦節，上星期六順道走到 <Tasty Thai> 幫襯，然後，去灣仔的電腦商場逛逛！星期六大約 2:00 走來，卻沒有食客！ 可能，多數人走去會展的美食博覽掃貨吧！這裡有兩位泰籍女店員，好有禮貌，就算在我的桌上擺放餐具亦笑臉迎人！很 nice！ 令人留下好印象！在有瓦遮頭半開放式的環境下，雖然無冷氣，勝在夠通爽！ 尚算坐得舒服！由於這裡開放式，麻雀及烏繩自然是另類訪客！看看青色餐牌，說得出的泰式食物，這裡也幾乎找到，而且價錢合理！Combo set 套餐每日款式均是固定！由於即叫即做，能令食客品嚐食物的最佳口感！泰式時菜炒金邊粉套餐 $68 (正價 $52)心想應該是個穩陣選擇吧！另有泰式雞肉炒金邊粉！材料：以蔥段、洋蔥絲、豆腐乾、西蘭花、椰菜花、粟米芯、紅蘿蔔.....餡料豐富！金邊粉炒得有鑊氣又乾身！而且條條上色入味！香味濃郁！ 酸中帶微辣！吹著海風食確幾醒神！ 豆腐乾硬中帶嚼勁！幾惹味！粟米芯、紅蘿蔔增添不少清爽感！同時可減低膩滯感！ 整體富層次感！師傅用心之作！果然色香味俱全！泰式素菜炸春卷即叫即炸！春卷皮炸得香脆可口！ 一碟兩條，分開四件！方便進食！配料包括：粉絲、紅蘿蔔絲、椰菜絲、木耳絲等！伴上酸辣醬，風味十足！珍多冰 +$12 (正價 $18)一大杯的份量絕對交足貨！ 綠色粉條幼長、軟腍帶一點韌度！ 椰汁下得夠多！甜度適中！冰塊不多！不是真多冰！ 但依然口感冰涼！ 也為我降溫！爽呀！總體來說這間餐廳食物水準算是不錯，而且定價都算合理，又不收加一，以今餐份量計，1個人食絕對無問題！喜歡食泰國菜的朋友，不妨一試！
