🏠玻璃小白屋🏠推介指數 ❤️❤️❤️❤️🤍原址為英國皇家工程師於1937年建造，代號「Little Hong Kong」，為英軍二次世界大戰的軍火庫及防空洞。

於2003年CWC接管保管小香港並改建成專業酒窖，响2007年被列為聯合國教科文組織亞太文化遺產之一。

原有建築中2座改建為私人會所，6座改為酒庫，再加上1間溫室玻璃屋進膳。

📜午餐：前菜，主菜同甜品✨前菜：湯/沙律✨主菜：意粉/魚/雞/牛✨甜品：雜莓雪糕🍞Bread basket：3款麵包都新鮮軟熟，5穀外脆內軟。

✨前菜：一人一款，湯同沙律都試哂🍅蕃茄湯：蕃茄味超濃郁，質地幼滑。

🥗沙律：沙律菜新鮮爽脆、自家醃製嘅莓、車厘茄、合桃，質素平穩。

✨主菜：揀咗意粉同魚🍝Linguine Carbonara 比較驚喜，遠處已經聞到好香，醬汁充滿蛋香、creamy 又唔覺得膩。

🐟 Pan Seared Sole 食材新鮮，配上lemon caper 醬汁，感覺清新。

🍸甜品：紅桑子、藍莓士多啤梨配上忌廉，menu 上寫雪糕？甜品控表示有點失望，外觀同食材都比較平實。

環境同服務都滿意，坐於溫室玻璃小屋慢活一下，食物質素可以更好更美味。

這邊環境清幽，裝修優雅，非常高級。

下午光線十足，透過玻璃屋頂照入店內，配上植物拍照十分漂亮。

🔸鵝肝意粉🍝鵝肝切至小塊，味十分濃郁，油脂偏多，好香。

意粉軟硬度適中，份量雖然不多，但女生食都足夠。

如果時間可以停頓 ，你會選擇希望它停在那個點呢？這個從戰爭時期的防空洞改裝而成的 酒窖兼餐廳 ，內裏的陳設 ，就好像把時間凝固在某一個點 一樣 。

餐廳要會員才可以訂座 ，我有幸獲邀來此晚膳， 感到十分榮幸 。

前菜有多種選擇，我選了有帶子的沙律 。

因為 前菜是跟其他人share的關係 ， 忘記了拍照。

主菜方面，我則點選了維也納式小牛扒。

忘了問侍應菜餚的做法，來到時才知道是用吉列的方式酥炸的。

賣相看來不錯， 豬扒炸得金黃， 拿出來時香氣撲鼻， 看起來相當惹味， 只是感覺有點熱氣。

沒有叫飲品， 因為不好意思花主人家太多錢 。

但是 侍應也給了我們 每人一杯溫水， 也沒有強迫我們一定要 開一瓶蒸餾水， 值得一讚。

由於是晚有同學的媽媽在的關係，沒有開酒喝， 倒是感覺有點奇怪 。

來到酒窖不喝酒， 有點像 去到糖果店不吃糖一樣。

哈! 哈！ 就當替 平淡的生活，增添一種特別的回憶吧！不過我們倒是自得其樂， 在談笑風生 裏度過了愉快的一個晚上。

I was always curious about this socalled private members club, especially after the headline news a few weeks ago concerning DXXXXX Tsang. Finally got a chance to have dinner. It's true that you don't have to be a member, just pay more you can dine in the "private" member club so much for being a member.Environment is unique, a glass house at the entrance, but location was difficult to find, but food...... horrible and grossly overpirced.The bread basket consisted of just rolls, not a variety of bread. I had foie gras to start, a big mistake especially it costs $388. It was burned on the outside but still runny. Perhaps it was cooked from frozen. My friends had soup or salad which was a little safer.My main was beef tenderloin which was overcooked as I asked for medium rare. I don't know whether it was the mistake of the wait staff or the chinese cook, but a $598 was a ripoff. You can have a much better steak at other real steak house such as Ruth Chris. My friend had a ravioli which seemed to be a frozen one from package definitely not homemade cost $488! other mains were also expensive ..fish $388, 2 little pc of lamb chops $398....We did not have any dessert as none of us felt it would be worth it.In general, when anyone wants a dinner, should not choose location or ambience. This is a typical example. Paying expensive food plus 15% service charge and unprofessional service, you can have much better food at any hotel restaurants in Hong Kong. At least in other fine dining restaurants you never have to pay for bread which cost $152+ 15 % service charge ! We were not allowed by the waiter to take pictures of our food or the room as told because of the headline news especially we are nonmember. Will not suggest anyone (nonmember) to come here just to see the location.

READ entertainment news that angelbaby n 柯振东‘'s movie took place here n found this cafeit also open in noon time ,but need pre ask 1st , coz they suppose entertain members only ( need me fill a form even though i say frankly might not visit again..that phone on holiday or after 6pm kind seem nobody ansmonday 1:30pmi take taxi from wanchaiactually got 2 van route , that malay chinese waitor ,i ask him to intro n he say that 羊肉, n say with mushroom sauce more welcoming ,lemon sauce ,expat more like?bread ,羊肉 though abt thin but i satisified already ( frankly i just consider as picnic or to new place kind of experiencesome say view not that gd , personally i think ok kind ,at least their glass roof is clean ;P (seen some shenzhen shopping arcade with dirty glass top, no gd lookwater is free ;p( b4 i go i read ,need pay hkd88 ,that is expensive water chat with that woman ,she said actually that is a heritage ,antique kind of protective siteunesco ,but gov rent to themthey got tours (eg : university student who like to browse inside that cellar ,which kind of war relatedwhen i take off taxi , from outside , u dont know it is a dining place , u hv to walk abit inside to see that glass house(that girl also say actually another place ,just opposite that 黄泥涌gap tennis court, also got similar "holes inside hill" kind ...when i leave , i found that there really is , but very small ,insignificant kind ;P
