食物方面是okay, 但上菜速度很慢!跟一對夫婦同時間入座, 餐廳一直未有full house, 我唔知人地幾時落order, 等我就座後2分鐘內已order 左, 等左25分鐘, 見個pair 夫婦已食完晒但我都未有野食。。。我哩一刻先追單已覺得自己好好耐性, 但個server 仲叫我唔好催佢。。。無言。。。最後等多5分鐘後終於有野食, 而個對夫婦亦已經埋左單走左。。。其實見佢地接好多外賣單, 如果想食, 建議外賣, 可能唔駛等咁耐。。。

We discovered this place by accident when we decided to take the back street. I was excited to find a new restaurant to try so walked in immediately. The menu offer a variety of noodles and rice dishes... a fancier, fusion version of the one plate lunch/dinner of carb and protein. They also have some snack bites for $2540, like chicken wings, spring roll, cheese tofu, samosa and soft shell crab. When the dishes come, the waiter brought us a dish we did not order. As we ordered by alphabet I think he misheard. The waiter wanted to argue about it, but a woman, who I presume to be the owner, stepped in quickly to apologize and make us other dish. We really appreciate her attitude. We got the eel and cheese rice in stone pot, which my dad loved so much I gave up my refill to him, lol. The beef ho fan in shrimp paste is okay, lacking in wok chi and not shrimpy enough. The snacks are not bad either. It's a small restaurant but nice service and more cozy and cleaner than the other restaurants nearby. Glad to find this place and has become one of my fave restaurants in the village. They don't have a printed menu, lunch and dinner menus are updated daily and posted on their facebook page
之前在Facebook群組, 見到很到網友對深井新開的巧煮意有好評, 除了間中有人說要等上差不多一小時才送上食物, 其他也稱讚其食物質素。
上星期四晚, 碰岩時間OK, 於是便到巧煮意一試! 餐廳內的座位差不多坐滿了人, 感覺應該大部分是街坊, 由客人與店員的對話中, 亦可見部分是熟客。
我到了收銀附近的位置坐下來, 看看餐牌, 點了一客干炒豬扒米粉及一杯凍咖啡。
問店員還有小食嗎？她回答我"有"時, 我還滿心歡喜, 可惜下一句是"但沒有胡麻炸雞粒"(我很想試的小食), 所以最後也沒有追加小食。
等了15分鐘, 炒米粉到了, 等候時間可以接受。
可惜, 味道沒有預期中的好, 米粉雖夠熱, 豬扒肉質較淋, 但我只吃到它帶點咸咸的味道, 有點失望。
可能看到網友的評論後使我有太高的期望, 我只能說它跟普通的茶餐廳味道相近吧!
