我覺得呢間食店d o野好外國家常便飯Feel‧‧‧蘑菇汁雞扒飯，肉醬飯，忌廉汁牛扒飯，腿蛋麵等等，聽落去好似d外國家庭會整既o野食咁，咁簡單既食物好似人人識煮冇咩難度，但愈簡單既食物愈難整得好食，難得店主葉生真係可以將呢d菜色煮得好好食!!我記得第一次黎食係貪新鮮，叫左個蘑菇汁漢堡扒飯，d漢堡煎得香口但唔過火，蘑菇汁出奇地好和味，我覺得好神奇，因為我一直以為天下每款蘑菇汁都好似KFC蘑菇汁飯d蘑菇汁咁寡咁難食，呢度竟然有另一隻味，而且仲幾好味，大廚真係有d料到，我自此變成常客，成日黎食下o野如果大家食厭左廟街d煲仔飯/雞粥/蠔餅/牛腩，想食d其他口味既廟街美食，考慮下黎呢度啦，哈哈哈哈哈哈!!

This is my first ever review on Openrice, but this place has become one of my all time HK favourites, and deserves to have its quality recognized!Here is my summary of Fresh!Food:Great quality meals, they have a famous reputation for their bbq. / grilled snacks but I have only ever tried their full meals, I first had their Spaghetti Bolognese last year, and was blown away by the taste and quality of the ingredients. Italian food is meant to be simple and filled with countryside flavors, and yet almost every place in HK gets it so wrong! The one I had here was significantly better than all of the other Italian restaurants I have eaten at, in SOHO / Central etc. I asked the owner his secret, adn he replied: Only the freshest ingredients and homemade meat sauce...Also highly recommended: Moroccan Chicken curry / Beef with Black Pepper sauce and the Tuna Omelette. My current fav. (which I have been ordering now at least once a week!) is the grilled chicken salad, healthy, lite and with a generous portion of good quality meat (also something you dont get at most of the other places in Jordan / Ya Ma Tei area!) Service: Friendliest staff / Owners in HK! always smiling, joking, gossiping with all of their customers (and they are getting plenty of regulars every time Ihave been there!)Fast and efficient service, delicious drinks (only ever order Dong Lai Cha!) made with love and the kitchen/interior is spotlessly clean! (very rare for this part of town!)Location:Right on the corner of temple st. so fasscinating to people watch and check out the tourists / locals walking by looking for bargins!Overall, this place rocks. Great tasting food and awesome service! One of my allt time HK favs.!
幫襯了多個月見仲未有第一個食評，就由我黎做沙發啦黎親油麻地呢頭通常都係得一個目的，就係去電影中心睇戲睇戲前後當然要食野，而Fresh!Homemade就係我既近期既選擇店子雖小，但可供選擇的食品數目也不少吃的主要是西式菜開放式廚房讓食客們也能一窺食物製作的過程今晚點了一個雞扒配田園沙律蔬菜等食材用料頗新鮮，讚！而雞扒煎得香脆，也很可口賣相亦不俗是晚除了它外還點了一客腩肉串燒可選辣味！辣粉和香料味道不錯腩肉保存了肉汁不會燒得太乾其他種類的串燒遲些再試跟健談大廚夫婦聊天原來他夫婦倆是從加拿大回流來港的怪不得menu有中英對照了！在品流複雜的廟街吃到與廟街風格不合的西菜很是驚喜！也順道在下面推介一下曾吃過的食物！
