As we all know, Hong Kong is a renowned culinary city, with a good mixture of western and eastern, and alongside the local cantonese one. Today we went to Tung Chung for this Italian restaurant.Environment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This restaurant located very close to the Sheraton Tung Chung, it wont be hard to find it. The decorations for the restaurant is so instagramable!! The crystal chandelier and the cantonese steamer would definitely be the hot spot in this restaurant.Food⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️From starters to main to dessert, the restaurant make a good time control in between. Highly recommend you to try for their Cacciucco as appetizer, different seafood could be found in it. The mussels are fresh. And the soup is rich in flavour, shrimps and seasfood lover would definitely love it! While for the main, the roast baby pig is crispy outside and tender inside. It wont be greasy, eat with the side dish takes the meat to another level! Highly recommend!! The sauce in lobster risotto is rich and thick, with fresh lobster on it, this should be the best combination of them. Service🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥I can tell this could be one of the best restaurant with the best service in HK, staff here are so sweet and nice, with very good manner. They are friendly and make the restaurant so dynamic! Had a nice dinner here.

We had a very relaxing night in this restaurant. The staff are very friendly and vibrant！The menu has a good variety of food and drinks! We had some appetiser, one pizza, onemeat and dessert at the end. Their cocktail is also niceThe Cacciucco is a must have! The soup tastes very much like a lobster soup, with a lot of yummy seafood in it!Burrata is one of my favourite dish The burrata cheese has really good texture, the creamy inside is rich and milky!Calamaritti is a flavourful dish! Baby squid and marinara sauce and herbs are perfect match! The sweet and sour taste is refreshing!The menu has over 10 pizza choices! We chose Piccanti at the end. We love salami and mozzarella. The thickness of the crust is not thin but not super thick either. It’s just right, crispy at the edge and tender in the middleThe baby suckling pig is highly recommended also! The skin is thin and crispy while the meat is really juicy. We ended the meal with a serving of churros with chocolate mousse.
