Everything is served on disposable wear despite the restaurant setting.Their explanation was that they are going out of business. That's odd that they would spend money on disposable wear if they are not making money.It really down graded the dining experience.Understandably the waiter's mood was not good so it explained the bad service.The food order was changed also. Spaghetti was used to substitute Fettuccine. We only found out when the food arrived. The first explanation was that Fettuccine is used only for dinner menu. After we checked the menu which said specifically Fettuccine, he then explained they ran out.Sometime it is not the taste that makes the food good or not. It is the combination of presentation, service and expectation, none of which was given any care in delivering.Perhaps that's the reason why this place is going out of business. Openrice should delete this restaurant off their list to take them out of their misery.

新之城是九龍最旺的商場之一，全日年青人流很多，但 Kaylaism 算是地面層坐得比較舒服的西餐廳了。
但我們來到時，裡面的客人不算多。
這裡地方不大，但裝修簡約，位置也舒服，只是燈光有點暗沉。
餐牌都是西餐為主，海鮮類和扒類都不貴，另外較多選擇的是奶茶花茶餐酒。
我們先要了兩人份的海鮮拼盤，又叫全日早餐加沙律，最後又要了兩杯白酒。
份量有點精緻，而食物擺盤也有心思。
由於我們有折扣，埋單只要 HKD 200 多，但即便是正價 HKD 300 多，以商場地點和裝修環境而言，也是物有所值。
如果下午茶甚至午晚簡餐，看價錢也不會比太興翠河翠華等茶餐廳貴，是逛街歇腳的好地方。
波波蜆辣意粉味道非常好，d 蜆又新鮮又厚肉，同店主傾計先知原來店主媽媽每天親自去買靚食材👍👍用心小店讚👍而且小店用心裝飾，仲有幅花花牆打卡影相一流😝可惜飲品有待改進
係Open rice見到呢間餐廳評價唔錯就黎左試下 一開始waitress安排左我地坐角落頭卡位 咁靜靜地都ok 我地order左野食之後 因為有其他客 所以我地又被調左去張6人枱既中間 左右都夾左其他食客 張枱係真係拍埋 分開少少都冇 咁岩隔離對少女講野又勁大聲好嘈 成個感覺已經好差叫左個意粉同一份小食 意粉唔夠熱 但又唔至於難食既 普通咁喇最期待其實係個三明治 見到廚房出左 但送左去另一張枱 心諗：明明係我地叫先 但隔離枱仲早過我地有得食 咁都唔緊要 繼續等喇 過左五分鐘度 終於送份三明治黎 但中間夾住雞肉 而我地明明order牛肉 原來係同岩岩個張枱調亂左 而人地又未開始食 個waitress就將兩份三明治調換返 其實個感覺真係好差 心諗隔左成五分鐘先拎返黎 就算人地未食 講野都可能噴左口水落去🤷🏻♀️ 個waitress完全冇打算幫我地換過份 算喇好快食完就走了 成餐飯既感覺極差 waitress又冇乜禮貌 總之係blacklist呢間野唔會再去了 祝大家唔好似我一樣中伏🤮
貨不對辦都可以話係形容呢度嘅感覺,睇介紹好似好正常咁,但都覺得怪怪地,cafe響旺中地下?咁咪好開揚?是的,不過你本住佢快餐店的心情就會無事不過望住殘舊嘅menu即刻食慾大減,畢竟我以為食cafe的說好啦因為之後睇戲會再食野加上真心唔想浪費金錢,我同朋友share一個餐我再叫多杯飲品.佢個餐跟一個小田園沙律,不過D沙律醬同芝士粉實在係過量,D菜少成咁,真係2秒食完,既然係咁我建議下次唔好落沙律醬穩陣之選煙肉蕃茄芝士雜菌意粉其實ok,不過白汁完全掛唔到落D意粉度都幾神奇,但個汁唔heavy,奶味濃,其實食得落的,只係D菇同蕃茄hea左少少,同埋佢用來裝飾的花瓣真係純粹用來托,毫無香氣可言.珍珠奶茶太甜,仲要係死甜,D珍珠又好難咬,好彩我醒目叫左檸水,唔會出事,但我真係唔會再黎下次,因為D員工都好似未訓醒,加上唔多人上檯速度仲要好慢,唔太值得我再來.
