Personally, i dont really like pork since i deem that it is a little too fatty and oily .However , under the persusation of my friend , i gave this dish a try and it really wipe my bad memory in the old days .Normally , when we comes to restaurant and order for Lemongrass pork chop rice .It is either oily or fatty ,obviously it is fue to the mishandling of the pork which would have make the fat so unpalatable .this hasnt been a problem when i enjoyed this dish .the pork is fried nice and clean .It is so miracle that it is like they have fried a beef with very little amount of olivia oil instead of pork .the rice is a bit different and it is my guess that they have used vietnam rice instead thailand .the price is acceptable and rare nowasdays that you can find such a well cooked Lemongrass pork chop rice.
