It was a hectic weekend at Harbour City and it was totally packed everywhere, we tried a few places and it was almost impossible to find a place for a coffee break .... Until we came to Wedgewood Tearoom We always love the Wedgewood tableware but we didn't put any hope at their coffee.. But we were wrong!  The latte was so good that we think it's one of the top 3 in HK!  The cakes were delicate and light in flavour, just perfect for the rainy day.It was just like a little fairyland in the busy shopping mall.

When one thinks of the brand, Wedgwood, one thinks of fine china dinnerware. Dinnerware to serve for special occassions.So, when I walked by this cafe that called itself Wedgwood Tearoom, I stopped for a break.Wedgwood Tearoom is located inside Ocean Center, in a very open setting, surrounded by shops. What they serve is various cakes and scones, coffee and a selection of teas all in Wedgwood china.During the afternoon, you can order a cake set which includes one cake and one cup of tea for $85 (there is 10% service charge). This is pretty good for me as sometimes I don't want a whole pot of tea.Lemon Tart. I adore lemon tart and there are far too many badly done lemon tarts in Hong Kong. This was actually quite good. The lemon custard was tart enough without being too acidic. The short crust pastry was flakey and buttery. This was a good tart.Earl Grey Flower Wild Strawberry. I love Earl Grey tea. Originally, I wanted to order Earl Grey, but then I saw they had a seasonal selection of Earl Grey Flower Wild Strawberry. From the menu it said there was the additon of wild strawberry flowers and bergamot. This was really good. The scent of the Earl Grey was strong and fragrant. The taste from the bergamot somehow brought out the flavor of the Earl Grey come out even stronger.The food and tea was excellent. Though I was a bit disappointed that the sugar canister didn't hold sugar cubes like it was designed for but prepackaged sugar packs. Would return again if I needed a tea break in Tsim Sha Tsui.

生日 tea ,原本並不是選這間的，但見環境及價錢都唔算太貴，所以揀呢間！曾經有人講過愈大愈愛簡單既味道，也愈來愈嚐苦。

也有人講過愈簡單既口味就愈難整得好味！！呢間coffee shop原來已經有多年歷史，店內有各種茶具及茶葉發售。

美式咖啡冇咩特別可言，那就不說了，不過略厭細杯海綿蛋糕好味鬆軟而有少少結實，中間有層士多啤梨果醬，感覺唔會太dry而且甜度剛剛好，鐘意唔太甜既蛋糕呢個係唔錯既選擇

Wedgwood 係知名英國瓷器與茶葉品牌, 已有約三百年歷史. 最近終於係尖沙咀開左tea room!Cake set ($85)Strawberry cake: 原價要$45. 上面層草莓好酸, 又多核, 令人聯想起raspberry. 但忌廉做得唔錯, 清新不膩, 有點baby mon cher嘅感覺. sponge cake layer做得薄而濕軟, 外層有層糖霜但出奇地冇過甜, 反而帶多種口感幾特別.除左上面層草莓之外我都食哂 hehe Earl grey flower tea: 單點要$70但會整壺上; cake set就只會得一杯. 呢一隻係斯里蘭卡嘅伯爵茶混合中國嘅萬壽菊, 店員推介話比較啱女仔飲, 但我就唔多認同啦. 入口係相當苦澀, 一飲就知係好strong好濃嘅黑茶, 但隨之而來嘅係濃厚而持久嘅回甘.感覺係好爽好飲嘅, 但女仔就...嗌翻蘋果茶會好啲! 呢到都幾好坐, 除左間中會有隻烏蠅之外（始終係open area）同埋係我影緊食物影到2046個陣有個店員狂睥住我（咩啫咁啲茶具咁靚...） 但其他店員都好好嘅 可以再來

一早都知 英國餐具品牌 'Wedgwood' 將會在港開設首間Tea Room, 7號果日去海港城'濕平', 經過Info Counter 順便問吓d姐姐知唔知幾時開, 點知佢哋話: '今日開張啦!' 所以嚟個'先試為快' ^_^當日原來10點幾係'Soft Opening', Waiter話係店舖自己員工試食, 無招呼外賓及傳媒朋友, 怪唔知得雜誌報紙無報導。

店舖位置上一手係Debailleul, 同之前一樣, 坐位較少。

店內放滿自家品牌茶包, 價錢跟超巿一樣。

經Waiter介紹試咗個Cake Set, 味道ok。

Waiter話現在Soft Opening階段, 食物口味同品質仍在測試及調較中。

而其中有Waiter話出年年初才正式開業(有待確認).除Cake Set外, 另有 breakfast set, sandwiches set , cream tea set, afternoon tea set (層架) .
