My latest new Japanese find! Have never been to a Japanese restaurant in HK that has so many Japanese customers! Felt like I was actually in Japan which I must say is a great feeling after having not travelled at all for almost 1.5 years! With a menu full of classic Japanese dishes, we truly felt at home and would definitely be revisiting! And it definitely has nth to do with the genki chain store🤗Starting with their 玉子燒tamagoyaki (HKD 60 approx), just look at how fluffy and steamy this is! Super satisfying though it’s the savoury kind and I lowkey prefer the sweet kind. So we dipped it into the sauce that came with the fried tofu, think it’s a sort of sweet daishi sauce, and was super happy with it 😉 Aside from the tamagoyaki, we also had a bunch of other items.🍘Deep fried breaded pork roll w/ vegetables 吉列炸野菜卷豬扒HKD 98My first time having veggie katsu pork roll, actually a very nice combo. The vegetables added a refreshing kick, a nice change from the typical katsu pork loin.🥕Boiled dried radish 干蘿蔔絲煮 HKD 48Absolutely delicious!!! Super flavourful, a very comforting and homey dish! Very tempted to reorder next time and highly recommend!🍢Assorted Skewers 什錦串燒六串HKD 88My favourite was the mushroom with minced garlic, the garlic added a great deal of flavour! The thick thigh was also super tender! Overall great value for money! 🥢Deep fried bean curd in broth 日式炸豆腐 HKD 48🍙Tuna California roll 吞拿魚加州卷HKD 82 🍅Cold cut tomato 凍番茄 HKD 60 (approx) This was a little disappointing. Was expecting more of a salad, and not just a chopped up tomato. Would probably pick other items off the enormous selection on their menu next time.

聽人講尖沙咀有間好正的日本居酒屋，很多日本人去，要訂座才有位。
我們沒訂座，今天6:00途經美麗華，便入去試試，竟然不用等便有位。
真的很有日本feel，到處張貼的都是日本字的poster，又有服務員為我們講解。
我們點了軟殼蟹沙律、壽司、吞拿魚加州卷、刺身等。
我們覺得刺身非常新鲜，味道鲜美，食物大件又吸引。
環境清靜，客人說話细聲，服務很好，很有禮貌，食物有水準，難怪有很多人光顧，很有日本店的服務水準和對食物的要求，值得推薦。
這家日本餐廳在美麗華多年，但食過只有幾次，只知係傳統居酒屋，好多日本食客用餐。
飯店充滿日本人小店家好客的精神。
話說去年初新冠疫情期間食肆剛可以2人用餐時期，到此店食晚餐因為有納豆卷，埋單結帳居然送我一袋用ikea包好啲口罩5個，當時口罩仲係搶手貨時期。
昨天又因納豆卷而去，結帳後又送食客禮物～～滿枱日本水果蔬菜任選2樣。

原先想去食韓式炸雞但係經過日式嘅舖頭又俾佢吸引咗入去先前經過幾次都見佢門口要排隊因為早去食唔使等位但係之後嘅時間都比人哋預約滿咗侍應話七點鐘要交枱見都有一個鐘食都夠隔離嗰幾張枱都係日本人嚟食心諗質素應該都唔差啦薯仔沙律點知呢個先係中伏嘅開始沙律冇味加上份量好少伴碟用嘅菜好濕好多水三文魚牛油果紫菜卷呢樣係成餐飯最好食嘅普通冇乜特別其實都好難整得難食尤其是本人偏愛蛋黃醬海膽壽司苦好大陣明礬味紫菜好淋好韌烤魚唔記得咗係邊種魚我估佢用左一夜乾個啲整法食落都係苦唔係回甘個隻其實呢度似居酒屋多過壽司店咁響度食壽司就話錯主題姐但係連呢類下酒菜都唔好食唔通呢度定位係定食屋葱雞腿串燒啲雞肉食落有啲怪味同左侍應講佢免左呢樣野食真係唔明點解咁多人黎食埋單每人二百幾蚊好似冇食過野咁
午餐路過，睇到評價都唔差就試吓，坐一個人嘅吧台位，倒也方便，衛生都足，濕紙巾同小樽酒精擺檯面上。
點左一個燒池魚開邊套餐98，食到中間骨邊發現都未夠熟，整條魚都好重嘅腥味，失敗一餐，唯一讚賞係米飯，日本米，晶瑩透亮，糯甜好食。
可能係一個同朋友傾談飲酒嘅好地方，但要想食滿意一餐，唔會特登來。
