那天與朋友到海港城逛逛,累了隨意選了一間CAFE座下來休息, 只見櫃內有一支strawberry果汁, 心想大件事, 沒有果汁? 莫非真的要飲水? 那親切的店員隨即推介熱朱古力飲品, 心想一試無防, 所以先 order 一杯試試看, 味道真的很不錯, 有香濃的朱古力味,再加上非常友善的店員, 以後都會多多光顧

久不久我就會去LGB買MACARON, 我知道有好多舖都有MACARON賣價錢又唔平家喎, 所以都唔敢買其他舖既MACARON食, 因為怕買左唔好食, 所以最後都係買番LGB既MACARON, $15一件, $110八件, 每次都係買八件, 唔同口味慢慢品嚐, 每次都企喺個玻璃櫃到左揀右揀, CAMAMEL CADE焦糖必食, 其次係CHOCOLAT AMER朱古力啦, 其實隻隻都好好味, 有時真係好難揀, FRAMBOISE 藍梅醬喺裡面, EARL GREY裡面都係朱古力, 但個面同底係有提拉米素粉另外今次試左MOCHA CHOCOLATE 熱既, 都好大杯家$33PASSION Passion fruit infused velvety chocolate ganacheCARAMEL CAFE Coffee infused salted caramel filling. 同一時間海港城正在做chocolate的promotion，有counter賣$10一塊的macarons，不過size小很多而且味道選擇不多，還是試LGB的好了。

$15 each，一盒8 pcs的話$110。

櫥窗望晒咁多款真係花多眼亂。

staff話最好賣的係rose同chocolate，我要左呢2款，另外仲有earl grey，blackcurrent，mango，passion fruit，coffee，caramel。

呢間LGB只係喺商場正宗，所以我覺得環境不太好，而且是日初四，好多旅客買支橙汁然後坐喺度等，所以我諗呢度只係適宜外賣，絕對唔會喺度堂食。

返屋企嘆我既MACARONS，我比較喜歡passion fruit的味道，另外我諗MACARONS真係要最新鮮食先好，因為我覺得blackcurrent果舊個皮好脆，但chocolate果舊就硬左，我覺得有點失色。

passion fruit或者其他水果flavour中間的jam，會感覺冇咁thick，所以適合配tea。

總括來說我覺得這家MACARONS不錯，有人覺得過甜但我認為MACARONS本身就係特別甜的小食，用作送coffee/chocolate才好。

The pastries and cakes looks so cute and taste good.In term of its price of HK$30 per piece, it sound fair.However, LGB's coffee gave me a surprise.In term of its price of HK$26, it is much better than those in Starbuck.At least its coffee machine can produce silky smooth milk foam.(another good milk foam is from McCafe, Hunghom station)two pieces of cake and two cup of coffee cost HK$112.Not inexpensive and it was selfserve mode.If you like coffee and cake, it worth.

I think LGB's Macarons are the best in town among the Macarons that i tried so far.They provide the most variety flavour for customers to choose (18 flaovurs on yesterday). The texture of each pieces of Macaron is perfect crushy shell and moist inside.And among all flavours from LGB's Macarons, it is less sweetness than other shops' Macarons, but still sweet.I bought 16 different pieces and shared with family. I can't eat 16 pieces all by my own for sure, if i do, i think i will hate macaron after that.16 flavours (chocolate, passion fruit, vanilla, mango+lime, litchi, earl grey, rose, lemon, coconut, grapefruit, coffee, caramel, pistachio, raspberry, et cherry) if i'm not remember wrongly Best: chocolate, caramel, coffeeGood: litchi, mango, passion fruit, raspberryAverage: coconut, rose, vanilla, pistachio, grapefruit, lemonBad: earl geryWorst: cherryThe only highlight was cherry, so bad that i thought i was having some medicine when eating it.i'm glad that they are not only using chocolate ganache for the filling in every single macaron.
