Sometimes when I feel like having breakfast and I don’t really want to find parking, Elements is the place to go. It is not very busy on a weekday morning. There were about 3 other tables seated, with people coming in every now and then for togo orders.We've got a ham and cheese croissant, an all day breakfast, a flat white and a mocha.Ham and Cheese croissantThe croissant was toasted before serving, just like what you’d expect. The croissant itself wascrispy and everything tasted just as you’d expect from a similar breakfast joint.MochaThis mocha was not too sweet, good for a mocha lover who doesn’t love sweet stuff.All day breakfastThis was rather disappointing. None of the food tasted good enough to leave an impression. I did like the mushrooms but it was all entirely just due to personal preferences.Flat WhiteFlat white was fine, a bit on the sour side and I'd prefer bitter ones.Overall I'm rating this as average as it really is a convenient place and food came pretty quick. Nothing stood out as extraordinary but nothing went wrong too. I'd be back again after another (or a few) rounds of breakfast hauls around Elements.

今日第一次去呢間餐廳食野，叫左個意粉餐，杯咖啡係黑咖啡，無奶，要特別咖啡要加$10，個餐都$110，感貴更係唔加，我問位侍應攞奶，因為太苦，我飲唔慣，點知佢俾杯雪凍左奶俾我😒😒仲衰過大家樂……感貴食得都唔值，唔會再幫襯。
新加坡既朋友仔都應該識得cedele cafe. 之前小編就係約左個客去見面，揀左cedele 貪佢冇乜人可以坐耐啲。
一如往常叫左杯 flat white ，一入口就知道亂咁嚟，杯咖啡熱到好似阿媽煲啲湯咁滾！差啲辣親過嘴。
差唔多攤左15分鐘之後先飲得
以往在新加坡也吃過他們的蛋糕，沒想過在香港也吃到，雖然味道的選擇不及新加坡那麼多，但也很好吃，值得一試。
圓方有一間那麼抵吃又不太高價的coffee shop實在很難得
星期六約咗舊同事喺element 度catch up, 最好就係搵間Cafe飲啖啡食個cake，可惜到處人山人海，想搵個地方Chill同Hea，都唔係一件易事。
經過Starbucks太多人，一啲都唔可以relax。
好彩搵到呢一間Cafe地方坐得舒服，點咗一個All day Breakfast ,不過味道就中規中矩，杯Flat white ☕️尚算接受如果去weekend 去element ,唔想迫又想Hea,呢度係必然之選
