系太子見到新開的茶餐廳叫新添記，入去試試，可能新開張關係，差不多六點只得我一個客人，入面只系得四張枱，格局有d懷舊叫個西多連飲品（$25）做下午茶，只用一片麵包，當然冇可能搽花生醬了，但新鮮炸出，加些少糖漿牛油，味道當然唔錯，熱咖啡偏向多奶，但卻不帶苦澀同酸味，算合格了但食物選擇不多，感覺未上軌道，而且地理位置上並冇優勢，系正太子道西同塘尾道交界，可能要上左軌道先再試過!

The newly opened Hong Kong style tea house is neatly decorated with clean furniture and enviornment. The staff are full of passion and they are very friendly and helpful. The aircon was also very powerful too! There are lots of Chinese choreography being hung on the wall. The newly opened restaurant kept its true Chinese root to the heart. Iced lemon teaThe tea flavour was strong enough which I really liked while the lemon slices were fresh whcih was not bitter at all! A true basic of traditional Hong Kong drink is purely simplicity. Condensed milk and peanut butter toastTwo very thick pieces of white toast sandwiching a generos amount of runny condensed milk and smooth peanut butter! The condensed milk just oozed out from the toast itself! The amount of peanut butter and condensed milk was balanced and they were both nicely spreaded to every corner of the toast! This is my favourite kind of devilish toast to enjoy at Hong Kong style tea house, and you should come and try it too!
