朋友失戀，上網搵間靚景餐廳Happy Hour，賀一賀佢回復單身 Cheers🥂一去到餐廳，侍應帶我哋到室外坐，下晝6點幾去到仲可以清晰見到個靚景，不過原來室外係吸煙區，我同朋友就有啲頂唔順，請侍應幫我哋轉返入室內坐。
傾計傾到都唔記得叫咗杯咩飲，但幾好味，傾傾吓差唔多食晒成盤爆谷，個侍應好快幫手添加！抵讚室內氣氛係冇室外咁熱鬧嘅！不過靜靜地傾下計都唔錯㗎！臨走前朋友話去個廁所先走，點知佢去完出返嚟叫我入去體驗下，我問佢係咪遇到啲恐怖嘢呀！？ 佢話：唔係呀！點知我哋兩個一入去，痴線！廁所個景咁鬼靚！靚到尖叫呀！不過有其他人喺度唔方便影相，有機會大家去體驗一下啦！
今次到我plan半日假去邊，想留係港島睇下有咩，係太古係無乜選擇。
上到嚟係the east最頂樓呢間rooftop bar，係太古唯一高空bar。
景不比其他rooftop bar弱，係呢啲黃昏時間上去chill下係真係唔錯。
餐廳只能用安心出行，同埋要做會員先可以入。
（詳細menu係佢哋website都可以睇到）呢輪天氣好飄忽，餐廳大多數戶外地方都有開遮，係絕對有用。
左邊係white，78元，還好，只係一般。
右邊係cocktail just water lemon，78元，多啲層次，有兩粒西瓜幾正，味道唔算濃烈。
幸好落幾大雨都唔影響，坐咗咁耐都係舒服，幾啱傾計。
聽聞East Hotel 入面的Sugar 平時都好難book,多謝朋友特登Book 左同我慶祝生日，一黎到就比佢個靚景吸引左，海景一覽無遺，配合日落時份，真係好靚我地主要過黎係諗住飲野，叫左幾杯特色cocktail,佢地嘅造型真係好特別，非常適合打卡以飲茶為主題嘅cocktail,真係好特別個杯好有脆皮朱古力嘅感覺朋友鍾意藍色，佢地好好人，真係幫佢調左杯藍色嘅cocktail (據知以前menu 入面有，我地去果時已經無左）總結：環境服務一流，食物造型滿分，打卡無得輸，味道一般，但凡事無咁完美，總有啲取捨嘅～
𝗦𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿🍩🍭𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 is always the closest bar nearby my office and I have been to their rooftop bar for many times! Weather has become cooler, it is the best time to have drinks at the rooftop with the harbour view!🥂🍾🎑It was 5:30pm on a weekday, the outside deck had already fully occupied!! They had 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀🍸 and all were really instagrammable📸🤳!!!! 𝐇𝐚𝐚𝐦 𝐘𝐮🎣(鹹魚) – 𝐇𝐤$𝟏𝟓𝟎 (𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐞!)– a very pungent history (Tanqueray Gin, Gosling Dark Rum, Apple Cider Plum Syrup, Plum Bitters, Mint) This was the one with a box in a tube🧪. Pour the cocktail to the ice🧊 glass besides and enjoy the drinks! It was so refreshing and I love it!𝐒𝐚𝐢 𝐘𝐞𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐢🥬 (西洋菜) – 𝐇𝐤$𝟏𝟓𝟎– peppery plant related to mustard(Copper Dog Whisky, Watercress Honey, Tamarind Sauce, Lemon Bitters) Copper Dog 🐶! This was the most eyecatching among all of them. I did not try this but the waiter claimed that the Sai Yeung Choi was real!𝐘𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐚🍵(飲茶) – 𝐇𝐤$𝟏𝟓𝟎– perfect for dusk or dawn (Tanqueray Gin infused Sichuan pepper, Osmanthus Ginger honey, Contains egg) This obviously was the one in a tea cup and dim sum basket. I did not try this as well buy my friend said it was strong.𝐒𝐮𝐞𝐭 𝐊𝐨 𝐓𝐬𝐞🍦 (雪糕車) – 𝐇𝐤$𝟏𝟔𝟎 – the classic childhood memories(Ron Zacapa 23, Cherry Heering, Grahams Port wine, Chocolate bitters, Contains nuts) Described as “childhood memories” but this was the strongest one among all. I thought childhood was usually sweet🤣🤣🤣But why.... hahah so funny😜😜They have Happy Hours menu available as well with different wine selection. I usually order their HH menu as their cocktails was not impressive. But this time, the Hong Kong cocktail series were quite surprising! Hope they will continue doing this kind of cocktails from time to time❤️ Support!!!
✨Afternoon Tea Set ($238/2)套餐有4道鹹點5道甜點🍮：🐽風乾火腿慕絲、薑汁火腿菠蘿鹹鹹甜甜，慕絲中食到粒粒菠蘿🍍薑汁味道不突出👉🏻燒雞胸芝士鄉村包三文治，香草紅莓果醬雞胸不乾柴十分軟嫩💁🏻♀️👉🏻西班牙香辣蝦Feel唔到辣，食到酸甜嘅蕃茄味，蝦肉非常彈牙🦐👉🏻迷你魚柳包秘製醬汁意大利軟包魚柳非常香脆，如果新鮮炸起會更加Prefect🐟🍮吉士忌廉鮮果撻👉🏻意大利芝士蛋糕👉🏻黑加侖子杏仁脆餅（馬卡龍）一般馬卡龍偏甜，呢個甜度可接受👉🏻雲呢拿奶凍白朱古力舖面，口感細滑，甜而不膩，雲呢拿味道香濃🧁👉🏻乾果鬆餅配忌廉士多啤梨果醬🍓好有牛油同蛋香，非常鬆化，基本上唔使塗醬已經好夠💁🏻♀️不過提子乾有啲硬，似乎要再控制一下烤焗時間較好。
唔好睇佢好似好少野食咁，其實分量岩岩好，唔會唔夠飽😋整體黎講食物質素平均，冇一樣野特別差，價錢亦都超合理，就算一般餐廳都做唔到呢個價，配理個靚景🏞唔encore對唔住自己💁🏻♀️
