First of all, all staff is from china, hard to communicate.Secondly, waiting ONE hour before the food and soup base to be ready, everything takes a long time!!A5和牛刺身(價值$480), so lucky that it was free, it was still frogzen, weird taste, prefer the $28 from little cow, a lot better!!we also ordered the $290 象拔蚌, absolutely wrong decision,same quality as parkNshop!!Crabstick, $30, and it is the cheapest one in the market, 8 pieces only 桂花糕, free, hardest in HK for sure.all of my friend were not happy with the food and service... openrice providing wrong information on front page, no way to 消費: $101$150i guess FAKE POST is all around!!

很多時候都靠Openrice 大家的食評來找心水食店, 可惜這次真的大大失望! Hot Pot is a tricky business because there are really cheap casual choices but also more expensive, quality choices.I’ve come across great restaurants for both categories and I see this restaurant as the more ‘expensive’ direction so the expectation was also high.* Environment – quiet restaurant and clean environment.Good for chatting with friends.* Service – only 3 staff to serve whole restaurant including 2 VIP rooms.One waiter was very rude and couldn’t speak clearly.We had to chase them a few times for a few orders because they forgot about it.Didn’t feel that they were attentive to the customers and didn’t observe what we needed (ie. 味架有野漏又唔理).We weren’t happy with the service at all. * Soup – Although the soup names were special, the 湯底 (soup base) was a bit ordinary.話明系雲南雜菌湯底, 只有雜菌+上湯, 完全沒有雲南的牛肝菌或香料. 甘我order 一籃雜菌都得啦!On the other half, we ordered蕃茄薯仔湯底, but the Tomato soup wasn’t very rich.“Him Kee’s” tomato soup is much better.* Food LIKE –the best item of the night was actually free.We printed the OpenRice coupon and got a free 活魚刺身.The fish was still moving when served and the fish sashimi was really fresh.手打鮮製四寶丸 also very nice.DISLIKE in general, the beef was quite expensive and not great in taste.It was too thinly sliced and once you dip into the soup it shrinks and becomes a very small piece. Other dishes were just ‘fair’ and 細碟…..沒有驚喜….不過因為服務有d 差, 所以即刻對食物期望降低左……* Pricing – In general, the dishes were not cheap all.The cheapest items (ie. Vegetables, tofu) was $29 each and beef and seafood goes up to ‘market price’.Actually I don’t mind paying more for special hot pot but the food wasn’t really worth it.Overall, when comparing with the other Tin Hau hot pot restaurant in the area Tsing Fung Street, the other one is 10 times better than this restaurant and a much better dining experience.

昨天約了朋友食飯, 選了這間, 第一次來, 即管試下.因為是平日, 人不太多, 唔駛訂都有位, 坐落一望, 裝修簡潔, 十分乾淨, 感覺舒服.經理好欣勤, 主動介紹自已叫阿May, 介紹了店內的招牌菜, 我們左選又選, 終於點了以下食1.招牌豬骨湯鍋 (這個超正, 湯料很多, 湯底很正)2.桶蠔 (十分新鮮)3.雪花紅牛 (好新鮮, 賣相好好)4.手打四寶丸 (都唔錯)5.桂花蚌(幾爽)6.雜菜拼盤 (一般)7.魚皮餃 (ok)我們又點了酸梅湯和一些小吃整體食物都不錯, 感覺乾淨, 環境很好, 很舒服, 不經不覺我們吃了差不多兩個鐘,我們都覺得這間整體來說都很不錯, 店員招呼周到, 下次必定再來.......值得推薦

為了方便, 終於光顧這一家火鍋店. 點了:猴頭菇豬肚雞湯鍋$168 好鮮味. 應該沒有味精. 喝不完的湯拿回家改天喝, 煮麵.有機雪花肥牛$152 新鮮高品質, 切得好.黑草羊片$50 好吃.手打鮮製四寶丸$50花甲$40 新鮮, 好鮮甜.鮮白牛百葉$40日本金菇$40娃娃菜$29 新鮮.酸梅湯$38 一瓶 好像有點貴.青島大啤$10 冰凍, 抵飲. 醬介$20前菜$10湯底不便宜, 但選擇多, 豐富好喝. 本人愛湯, 沒辦法. 覺得"涮肥牛"價錢和銅鑼灣火鍋店差不多, 但食物質量比較好. 食物貴了一點點, 但啤酒便宜. 女經理非常熱情, 服務很好. 地方裝修始終有限, 但電視冷氣十足. 地方看起來乾淨衛生. 絕對會再來.

見到openrice好評如潮, 一心有希望並推介給朋友. 豈料都係金玉其外...我地一行4人晚上8時到達, 人並唔多, 大概座了4~5枱開始點菜 用coupon送了一客半磅三文魚. $38 頂級安格c 牛 + $178 有機牛 (味道中規中舉), 餃子拼盤, 黑豚豬, 四寶丸等等...每碟承惠$78~$98味道方面比duck x, 盜x...連鎖式火鍋 小勝一籌. 但價錢就比起一d較有水準的火鍋館, 真係相形見拙環境都ok,半開發式, 一上電梯就見到, 值得一提大家, 要去洗手間既話. 係要到櫃台攞 key...感覺有點兒不便.如果大家一心想搵個靜d既環境, 傾下計. 不妨一試.
