Great food especially the BBQed seafood and steaks, with a speciality in dry aged beef, plus some good beers, but service ranges from acceptable to spectacularly terrible. Last time gave up after waiting 15 minutes.
We had a fantastic lunch after hiking on South Lantau. Dave and his team were superb. Great food, beer and setting. We had a wide selection across the menu including pizza, pulled pork burger, beef burger and fantastic aged sirloin steak. The on tap Vedett Belgian beer was also delicious. We were there as a family but there were also a number of young hikers too. Will definitely be back the next time we’re in South Lantau!
兩人來到塘福過一晚，行過見到就晚上來用餐，平日少吃西餐 ，店員好好介紹比我地試啤酒好特別跟平時飲開嘅不同酒味冇咁濃同（那喉嚨）清滑Pizza 皮好薄好香脆最欣賞嘅菠蘿竟然唔係罐頭菠蘿食落去好先但係唔係好甜但係都好滿意比起用罐頭菠蘿有誠意好多💕最後豬排，真係好入味， 廚師煮嘅時候已經飄出陣陣香味， 最重點係個薯條比起一般你食開嘅完全唔同一來佢又大件而且外面好脆入面好淋好有薯條味💕下次會再來食💕💕服務員真係好好態度又可以坐低慢慢食，我地由5點45食到7點30
I do not often review a restaurant . However, the food here is worthy of great applause . Every time Dave and his team do disappoint . The best steaks in Hong Kong hands down . The Gallery is very highly recommended. Pizzas are fresh out the oven , thin crust and delicious . Steaks come hot off the fire and cooked to your requested perfection . Excellent assortment of ciders and beers and many that I have never seen before.
人家一秒變黑，來這餐廳亦能一秒置身外國，朋友介紹下，來到偏遠地區大嶼山，等了20分鐘才上了十一號巴士，再搭多20分鐘才到塘福邨。
遠遠就傳來燒肉的炭香味，而且餐廳戶外座位圍上如星星的燈光裝飾，一下車就易認到餐廳。
蒜蓉包很好吃，應該是自家製，不是只把蒜蓉塗上包再去焗那種，蒜蓉味極濃，包上有點香草，也令包偏咸，但依然是好吃的重口味。
第一次試dry aged rib eye（3xx元），配一個沙律和熱薯仔沙律，10安士及配菜已經夠兩個女生吃。
牛扒在戶外座位旁即燒，dry aged令牛扒多了一種風味，吃起來更有層次（雖然不是很能用筆述其風味）。
意粉不是咬口韌度十足的類型，但青醬很香，油雖多，筆者並不太愛吃淋身意粉，所以覺得意粉較遜色。
