Seastar Restaurant ReviewOn the second of February I went to this chinese restaurant in Tai Wo. I thought that the restaurant’s layout was very nice and it was not too crowded. One of the walls was made out of glass and they didn’t have plastic tables and chairs so I thought the layout was very neat. There was a small whiff of rotten fish but otherwise the layout was very likeable.The restaurant’s staff were kind but they could only speak cantonese. The waiters came as quick as they could when I asked them something. They brought the food and drinks very quickly. All of the waiters were very happy to help anyone.I ordered the pork and noodles in a soup. I thought it was good because for me but the meat had too much fat on and the soup tasted a bit of soy sauce but it was still quite pleasant. There was a starter for everyone and it was a broth soup with vegetables in it. I didn’t actually like it but I tried it anyway. The portions were way too big and I could only finish half of my meal.The menu had pictures on it but the words were just a big jumble and it was all in cantonese. The photos did not match the real meal completely so the food looked nice on the menu but it was not the food that they would serve you.I do recommend this restaurant because the layout is beautiful, the waiters are kind and the food is quite pleasant. Just be aware that the photo on the menu does not exactly match the looks of the meal that you will be getting.
接近農曆新年工作真係忙到一個點放咗工返到大埔仲要約深圳同事交收sample方便佢哋落火車就係近太和火車站翠怡搵食 見呢家門口咁多人試吓點知入到去都幾吉叫咗個最平嘅鐵板餐 粟米忌廉湯好味味道比較淡入邊仲有啲火腿粒有咬口鐵板熱辣辣啲汁作比較茶餐廳 顏色汁 feel 兩隻細嘅日式炸蝦炸蝦味道 OK係雞排好明顯係得三份一overcooked~食落好 dry好細塊 加＄6要咗招牌凍咖啡有少少酸比之前差dd唔夠滑埋單＄70一個人算係咁
和媽媽到大埔游泳池游水，本來是上午去，但由於去的時候因為撞車，所以便吃午飯先，然後便壐游水去。
我叫：午餐肉煎蛋配火腿通粉，媽媽叫漢堡扒粒意粉。
食物方面：午餐肉煎蛋好味！而火腿通粉的湯底好差，唔知什麼湯底？好難食！而媽媽叫的亦一樣！服務方面：不過不失．但最不滿意的是佢地從不理顧客健康！乜唔係多菜少肉，為什麼一間餐餐沒有菜供應！
大埔區工作，隨意搵間茶記開餐。
見餐牌寫好幾樣野都係叫招牌，又試試。
招牌椒鹽豬扒飯，望落同正常的無分別，豬扒有六小塊，份量唔少，食落椒鹽味幾重手，豬扒唔太鬆唔太軟，可以話係幾有咬口，不過椒鹽真係太過重手，只係食到椒鹽味，究竟個招牌位係乜呢？到餐飲，要杯凍啡，阿姐強調係招牌凍啡，我好奇問有冇正常咖啡，原來係冇，招牌仲要加我三蚊，見店方咁有自信，我當然要試試。
飲左之後，啡味濃郁，奶下得適可而止，唔澀口。
雖然我仲係唔識分咩啡打咩啡，但係我真係覺得呢杯同其他茶檔分別不大。
都係果句，究竟個招牌位係乜呢？乜都係招牌，唔係差，不過真係唔好放大招牌呢兩個字。
