Located on the midlevel part of Sai Ying Pun, Bone Studio is a new cafe with nice interior decoration that has a zenful vibes.Designer’s products are sold here, from coffee related products to postcards and ear rings.I got myself a Coffee Jelly and an Apple Tart for breakfast. Not quite your ordinary breakfast food, but I wanted to try them so much. I would love to visit again to try their croissant and toast, they smell so nice!This Apple Tart was so refreshing! The apples from Aomori were so delightful, which made this tart a perfect summer dessert. Not to miss is the fresh cream with cinnamon on top, it definitely topped up the flavor of the whole tart.This Coffee Jelly was surprisingly filling! Probably because of all the gelatin that made up the jelly. The jelly had a nice, strong coffee flavor that was very enjoyable. And the vanilla ice cream on top made a superb match for the coffee jelly! It provided a bit of sweetness, yet it wouldn’t mask the coffee flavor. Love it so much!
今日公眾假期，30幾度真係行唔到山。
所以就約埋朋友出嚟去咖啡室hea下，享受下休閒時間。
因為朋友原來從來都未去過香港島歷史悠久嘅西營盤地區。
所以我就即刻上網做功課，睇吓呢頭有啲乜嘢出名嘅咖啡室，帶朋友試吓同埋同佢附近行吓，感受下呢度歷史氣氛。
約朋友下午茶時光，當然係至少2，3點。
今日陽光普照，行下般咸道，欣賞下啲舊建築好快就行到去今日嘅重點——骨子裡。
試吓佢哋出名嘅日式咖啡，非常期待！提提大家入面地方唔係太大，所以建議假期時間嚟嘅時候就要預咗要等一等。
入面坐低非常舒服好友日式咖啡室嘅風味。
我就今日叫咗牛奶latte同埋綠茶咖啡。
牛奶latte濃郁嘅牛奶香味。
至於綠茶拿鐵，雖然好多地方都有但係呢度嘅味道相對比其他地方更加香嘅綠茶味道。
喺呢度飲下咖啡傾吓計兩個冷氣其實好快就渡過一個晏晝啦。
大家去香港島，chill下，呢度絕對係一個好地方！
Ｂｏｎｅ Ｓｔｕｄｉｏ🦴☕️.位於半山的日系小店裝飾和擺設都充滿日式感覺但Cafe的空間真的很小 只能坐約810人由於空間小 位子也比較逼 坐得不算特別舒適平日下午時段到訪都人山人海要有等位的心理準備.如果喜歡chill chill的係cafe坐下傾下計 可能需要早上到訪了Cafe提供少量輕食 甜品 同飲品整體食物質素都不俗 價錢亦合理 唯飲品質素有待改善.🔸Apple Honey Toast $45🔸厚切吐司🍞 比較少見這款日式toast 挺值得一試的外面微烘過 上面鋪上幾片薄切蘋果同蜜糖 食落鬆軟🍯.🔸Japanese Omelette $45🔸喜歡整體配搭！其實是牛角包 x 厚燒玉子 x 沙律醬雖然玉子說不上超嫩滑 但蛋香很重 這個價錢是很可以的😋.🔸Hokkaido Crepe Cake with Tangerine $45🔸每期都有不同味道的crepe cake 最近的是柑味Cream同crepe皮的厚度balance得很好！每口都食到cream! 喜歡crepe cake上的兩片小柑 甜甜的🍊.🔸Matcha Latte $45🔸🔸Dirty $40🔸兩杯飲品整體味道都比較淡抹茶/奶/咖啡的味道亦不太突出有點小失望呢🤭 飲品質素有待改善
骨子裡一肚氣，三點去見到得三張枱，客人食好都冇人收野，見到唔對路咪諗住買外賣一到行一到飲，點知staff話仲有幾杯外賣做唔到，叫我下次再嚟。

The Japanese twist comes in the thick omelette filling, subtly sweet with a savory mayo dressing that also brings a little sour freshness.Matcha Latte | $45No added sugar, just a little milk to balance the bitterness from the concentrated matcha, still leaving an aromatic tea aftertaste.
