I went to il Bel Paese this evening to get some dinner for my family. I selected a couple of pasta dishes and a salad. When ordering the salad, I was shown 2 plastic containers. One was the half size the other a full size. I ordered one full size to be filled with 2 salad types. I was then handed a ticket to go pay. Once I paid the food was waiting for me in a brown paper bag. I then walked 20 minutes home only to find the salad container half filled. So I then walked all the way back, expecting an apology, but instead I was told the size is relevant to weight not the container. That was never said to me nor is it posted anywhere. After explaining my disapointment, the manager offered to add a small pitifull amount but not fill it, ridiculous! All I wanted was to get what I was sold, a full container, but the manager obviously doesn't care about his reputation or customers. Instead I walked out furious and went to another much more friendly place to get a full sized salad for the same price just meters away. The pasta dishes we had were average at best.

今日早放, 就特登行遠d去搵野食 我剩係叫咗tiramisu, 甜度適中, 有芝士味, 亦好滑, 好creamy!!(唔知點解有時覺得彈彈地?)佢入面用蛋糕(我個人鍾意蛋糕多過手指餅), 有少少濕咗d, 但都可以接受(可能因為擺奈咗)btw, 唔知係咪因為個店員心情差, 個樣燥燥地,覺到我想快d食完走...仲有, 佢除咗賣嘢食, 仲有意大利煮食材料添, 下次有機會一定要同阿媽黎試同買!!
Suppose doing some personal thing around the distinct, want to try something different in my brunchtime besides went to one local style cafe twice time, I start my first time in the afternoon here with no customer at the moment : I was attract by their various italianitems on the shelf at my first sight, then I read their menu try to have a cup of coffee with chicken casearsalad, I was told that they are no longer serve coffee~ so I pick up a litre of passionfruit juice which is around 12 of sugar % really refresh me (not that sweet); after I walk around the shop again & again, I move to a small table (actually there's only 2 table there!) prepare to that beautiful salad : size is big & the leaf of lettace is wholepiece, I can see they provide at least half of a whole lettace with 5 big pieces of warm chicken, lovely sauce & dried bacon really cool!2 ladies working in the kitchen for some takeaway order, but you can enjoy the meal or shopping with the light jazz or pop in the air~the only gentleman that come back for his job during my meal time ~ he's serve in the cashier & really welcome for my enquiry!
Eggplant Parmigiana with tomato sauce平時好少食呢種煮法的茄子,今次食覺得佢同個汁既味道調校得好好,D味好夾,熱熱地,外面被芝士包住,賣相幾好~Spaghetti with garlic賣相相當簡單,Spaghetti,硬而不溶的芝士同garlic, 用了橄欖油煮,好香,但整體來說,平平無奇,我認為要加d創意,例如顏色方色,突出下個dishes先得!Dessert – Tiramisu今次黎主要係試呢個tiramisu…酒味重,home made,我地怕太漏,,只order small size…細細杯….環境既似supermarket,又有open kitchen,同少量座位,Happy Friday黎呢度靜靜地食dinner相當relax,感覺良好!不過location唔係太方便同易找….黎開呢頭都會再食!P.S No 10% service charge
我的香港朋友在半山堅道95號地下B鋪的il Bel Paese 店买了两个Tiramisu去快餐店吃，因店没有坐位坐嘛，味道不错，酒不醉人人自醉，好好味道的Tiramisu！我的生日都吃这店的Tiramisu哦！哈哈。
