The staff is quite friendly and every time I've been there, always someone to chat with. From what I know, the cooks/chefs all have histories working in the kitchens of several of the big restaurants in Soho. So, the food you get is the same quality as those you'd pay much more for in Central. Just to note, there's no real place to sit down and eat there, so it's mainly a takeaway or delivery outlet. I think their specialty seems to be burgers, but they have a very diverse menu from pasta to ribs to fish 'n chips to wraps to quesadillas etc. I always go for the pasta though because it is quite frankly, some of the best pasta I've had in HK. I"ve only tried the spaghetti bolognese and the jerk chicken cream linguine both are very very good. And not expensive at HK$35. Food is always madetoorder and from what I can tell, they always use very fresh ingredients. Their burgers are NZ beef, they make the cream sauce right in front of you, they chop the veggies for the bologense sauce there in front of you....I think that's what they really pride themselves in. The freshness of their ingredients. Herman (the head cook) tells me they even make their own guacamole every morning.Sometimes I've asked for a side salad and it's only an extra HK$5 to add to my pasta order. Great deal! But availability depends on if they have the ingredients. I guess they're quite busy during the day, so they run out by the time I get there (usually I'm there post7:30 pm). They bake their sesame hamburger buns onsite every day! I had the burger once, but to be honest, was a bit underwhelmed. Maybe because I had high expectations (based on the pasta), but it wasn't anything extraordinary. Although the price is unbeatable at $29 including chips and a soda. Overall, I will keep on going back when i'm hankering for pasta! Also their fish 'n chips looks really nice, so I aim to try that too sometime soon.
