food fresh, stock (we chose tomato, potato, pork) nice, service ok,...they provided a little bowl of sesame for you to mix your soy sauce. tasted pretty good!

went this hotpot restaurant with my friend for dinner this evening. The service was unexpectedly good, not only from the manager but all waiters and even the young and pretty beer promoter.when i make the order the young waiter gave us certain advices and explained in details to us about the beef they supply. There was 2 choices, one is what they called "local beef" and the other one is from Canada, dish size is relatively small and its cost HKD 138 for the local and 98 for Canada beef. He said actually we don't have to take local one as Canada one is already quite nice. we followed his advice and the beef we got was very good... also the waiter was so polite and he never force us to take any expensive dish like seafood and etc..others were also very good and fresh but the dish size is quite small. small size dish is fit for 2 to maximum 3 person and in case you go with more than 3, larger dish is needed.when we check surprisingly the young waiter gave us a discount card and certain discount say 12% for the whole bill will be deducted when we present it from next time on.anyway the charges of this restaurant is a bit expensive.

見新開，天氣又凍凍地，所以試一試。

環境就普通火鍋格局，執得幾企理，食飯時有得「鍾」芝麻，又有得自己揀冷盆，幾過癮。

冷盆好乾，叫左烤夫同醉雞都好乾，唔知係唔係擺得太耐﹖叫左兩個湯底，一個係蕃茄湯，一個奄篤鮮，出奇地兩個都唔夠味，第一次食火鍋會覺得湯底無味，煲到尾聲濃縮左先叫正常味道，要改善。

火鍋料無乜特別，都係牛肉之類，雖然叫本地牛，仍然雪得太硬，較細少少雪櫃啦，而且無叫海鮮都位位二百五，太貴。

服務就真係唔錯，阿姐笑容滿面，未出聲催單已經自動自覺去跟，罕見的醒目侍應。

如果唔係佢，呢餐一定比負分。
