I had been to Blossom in Sai Ying Pun before, it was a relatively smaller cafe than this Kowloon City branch.This cute little wooden chair outside Blossom got my heart dearly! Especially the “Drink Coffee when You See these Words”.My crappy iphone photography skill did not do this delicious Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab with Crab Meat Rice justice. The freshly fried soft shell crab was so delicious! If you like soft shell crab, you have to try this! And the rice with crab meat, mayo and rods was absolutely gorgeous! The portion was quite generous too! I was happily satisfied after finishing this.Coffee here is quite nice too. Aromatic flat white with a smooth body.The tiramisu here was so delightful! This huge piece of delicious tiramisu got my friend and I into food coma! The smooth mascarpone cream, the soaked sponge cake ladyfingers, and cocoa powder, everything was just so right to the point! Highly recommend this to you!

黎九龍城終於唔係淨係得泰國菜！今次專程黎到「𝙱𝚕𝚘𝚜𝚜𝚘𝚖」為於九龍城嘅新分店😙 整體體驗一流，雖然新店少不免比較多人係嘈左少許，但食物質素同店員嘅服務態度都令人十分滿意😎👍🏻《 炸軟殼蟹 伴 蟹肉飯》 $1484.5 / 5 😋😋😋😋賣相好巨型嘅炸軟殼蟹🦀 配搭色彩鮮艷嘅珍珠飯，睇到已經食指大動🤤 先講軟殼蟹夠晒香脆，炸到香口但唔油膩！ 入面仲有蟹膏，好juicy😋 蟹下面仲有好多蟹肉🦀 蛋黃醬加蟹籽，撈埋珍珠飯，令到無汁嘅飯不至於太乾身！ 伴碟有蜜瓜、青瓜，而麵豉湯亦有陣淡淡的蟹味，好鮮甜😍👍🏻《 提拉米蘇 》 $685 / 5 😍😍😍😍😍果然係𝘚𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦嘅甜品，有別於一般嘅𝘵𝘪𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘶，沾上冧酒同咖啡酒，味道濃郁；蛋糕質地好𝘴𝘰𝘧𝘵，吸收晒啲醬，好𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘺🥴 整體亦唔會太甜，份量夠兩個人𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘦😋《 咖啡通寧 𝘌𝘴𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰 𝘛𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘤 》 $50好有美感同藝術感嘅飲品，慢慢倒落去兩層分明嘅層次。
《 黑芝麻牛奶 》 $455 / 5 好強勁嘅拉花😍😍😍 味道亦係好濃郁嘅黑芝麻味，飲到最後勁多芝麻渣，芝麻控表示好難得有咁濃芝麻味嘅拿鐵飲😍 店員好主動問我地對食物嘅意見，亦不厭其煩咁介紹食材等，整體好舒服好友善，絕對會再黎🥳🥴👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
諗住去九龍城搵間Cafe食下飲下hea下，點知搵到好嘢😋😋係九龍城嘅高質小店不嬲知道九龍城係無論何時都咁多人，我去到嘅時候前面都有兩位等緊，不過好好彩我都唔算等咗好耐，而且安排我坐喺bar枱位置，對住咖啡師哥哥🤣「波甚·Blossom」我覺得好推薦鐘意咖啡嘅朋友們，有好多專業嘅器具，而且店員好樂意介紹咖啡嘅種類。
這款咖喱定食是湯咖喱，所以完全唔係日式嗰種甜咖喱，落到喉嚨會有一丁點辣，但成個感覺好順口，口感我會形容為輕咖喱，口腔氣味唔會好大負擔，與漬物及配料嘅配搭亦都非常夾。
食完咖喱最後食蜜瓜，又會有種清新嘅口感。
推薦一定要食Tiramisu、一定要食Tiramisu、一定要食Tiramisu；用咗House Blend Espresso、Cold Brew、Dark Rum同咖啡酒去浸手指餅，配搭Mascarpone Cheese、雞蛋等，口感軟滑香濃，店員話有時落Dark Rum時重手咗，不過我今次食落覺得幾均勻，超好味！
星期天的兩點多來到了波甚，大概等了十五分鐘 餐廳面積不大，有種放鬆、悠閒的氛圍 是有格調的裝潢，以木為主調飲品方面點了Dirty跟Flat White 咖啡不過不失，沒有特別喜歡 就不多作介紹◭炸番薯條 🅙🅙🅙🅙/5 番薯條一直都是我的最愛 但要找到好吃的並不容易 新鮮炸成，上菜時還熱烘烘 酥酥脆脆，番薯味尚濃郁 所以私心推薦它們家的番薯條˙ᵕ˙◭Signature Tiramisu 🅙🅙🅙🅙/5 軟滑綿密的texture配上濃濃的冧酒與咖啡味 甜度適中，兩個人吃剛剛好◭炸軟殼蟹伴蟹肉飯 🅙🅙🅙/5 軟殼蟹香脆而不油膩 珍珠米伴以蟹籽、蟹肉與蛋黃醬，口感豐富⚎⚎⚎Price 🅙🅙🅙/5Recommendation 🅙🅙🅙🅙/5⚍⚍⚍
九龍城又多左一間高質咖啡店😍😍😍波甚既湯咖哩飯已經榮升我心目中咖啡店既飯點既頭幾位＼ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ／雖然本身有飯食既咖啡店唔算多。
成個套餐連埋沙律，水果，同奇亞籽布丁，都算誠意十足。
其實本身想試埋鳳梨金畢文芝士酸種包，不過咁啱無哂。
咁就手快快無睇清楚就叫左焦糖香蕉酸種包。
不過原來入面勁多我唔食既花生醬，落得好重手，真係花生醬迷必試🤣<波甚湯咖哩飯定食 🍛><焦糖香蕉酸種包 🍌🥖>< Latte ☕️>
