香港想搵片寧靜樂土逃避工作壓力難過登天，尤其係中環呢啲繁囂地方。
倖存者而家中環翻工，面對Time demanding 嘅工作性質，倖存者需要秘密空間去避一避世！經同事介紹，發掘一陣隱藏係英式紅磚下咖啡香。
藏紅而工整嘅磚頭以白色水泥層層互疊，窗戶全是圓拱形的殖民特式，內裏裝潢簡潔為主，光線充足，更保留原有特色，令歷史與現代商業並存。
仲有仲有！呢到著重環保，連膠杯都係手vegware 可分解物質（Bring your own cup仲可以減$2）$34 Iced Latte 倖存者認為呢杯Latte 嘅重點係奶，絲滑柔順嘅綿綿軟奶滲透互相交織嘅可可豆中，融合成可可味重但入口容易嘅新口味內部環境
星期五的下午，街外下著濛濛細雨，意外走進了藝穗會冰庫的咖啡店。
踏進咖啡店的一刻，已經被周圍的白色瓷磚牆身吸引，我特別喜歡他們的霓虹燈招牌，感覺充滿著歐陸的文藝氣息。
咖啡店空間寬敞，坐下來安靜工作，或者跟朋友聊天都是一流的地方。
聞到陣陣的咖啡香氣撲鼻，可是我很少飲咖啡，所以點了一杯熱朱古力和雪芳蛋糕，味道也很不錯。
店內有藝穗會的活動推介和其他精品售賣，與其說他們是咖啡店，我更覺得這是文藝工作空間。
可惜我沒有帶東西來工作，不然這裡將會成為我在中環鬧市中的私竇呢，哈哈。
兩年前因為西史Field trip認識Fringe Club，一路都好欣賞呢度嗰種好唔commercial嘅保育活化，有啲畫展、Jazz band睇下聽下。
唔似依家大館、PMQ嗰啲大搞，但其實感覺太景點feel。
好講返今次食野嘅體驗。
今次同朋友嚟開中環，經過就試下喺呢度食lunch。
入左嚟嘅感覺好有嗰種飯堂feel，格局簡簡單單，人就一半外國人一半香港人。
兩餸三餸飯,唔包野飲，大約70蚊，加埋野飲約90蚊，其實睇落有啲貴，始終學生，但喺中環又正常嘅。
食落就好有住家飯feel，食物質素都高，尤其個青咖哩。
咖啡唔係好濃嗰種，但啱我口味，而且拉花都睇得出用心製作，值得一試。
但個人覺得重點係食個氣氛！依家返下暑期工就知lunch break係幾重要，起碼要俾自己換個環境，有個輕鬆啲嘅氣氛。
呢度係好滿足到呢個要求嘅，員工同食客都有啲交流，食客大部份都係輕鬆飲下野，食啲野，閒談下咁，唔會話好噪，燈光亦唔會話太光太暗，食完hea陣都ok。
我自己就坐耐咗啲，飲下野，睇下書，係正嘅。
我會話預期spend時間喺Starbucks，又越嚟越多人，不如搵下呢類餐廳，叫個brownie同咖啡。
我諗下次經開都會再嚟，都想試下啲甜品，同埋最鍾意呢度可以坐耐啲同朋友傾下計。
上次無咩影相，今次影返幾張先。
If you are looking for a tranquil place to chill with good food and artistic atmosphere, fringe club ‘The vault’ is definitely the best option. It is located in a quiet area of the crowded Central, just a few minutes walk from Central MTR D1 exit. I had lunch here with a friend on a Tuesday afternoon and I was pleased to see the variety of food that I could choose from. They serve cuisines from Thailand to typical western dish spaghetti bolognese. I had ‘Green curry chicken’ and ‘Pork chop with tomatoes and onions’ served with rice. The portion is quite big and the quality of food is certainly value for money. The café has freshly baked pastries and their homemade cake is special every day. I ordered a regular latte and I would say I am a coffee lover. The taste and aroma of the coffee is up to my expected standards! It tastes much better than any Starbucks coffee you could find anywhere around Hong Kong. One thing I love about this café is that it links to the gallery upstairs and a Jocky Club theatre further up on the first floor. There is a poster board featuring the jazz bands, orchestral performances and plays that will be on show in the club while the Gallery showcases some works of the artists that Fringe club is collaborating with during that period. Do come by and you will not be disappointed by your experience here!
