It's not easy to walk in restaurant in LKF for lunch without reservation. Finally this newly opened restaurant in LKF Tower attracted us with its chic decoration and decent set lunch with reasonable price. set lunch $98 include: fresh bread basket: garlic bread is fresh and warm. appetizer: mushroom soup: small portion but really tasty, creamy but not sticky. main course (fish & chips, pork sirlon, chicken breast salad), I ordered fish & chips as i'm never fan or pork and chicken. Fish is deep fried but not too oily. The portion if very generous with 3 pieced of fish and I shaerd 1 to my friend. It also served with vegetables and fried chip, both traditonal British style. Good thing is the whole dish served with 4 different sauses. Details considerate.Friend give good comment on chicken salad as well. Tea/Coffee: Black coffee for me as usual. Very strong one and relative large portion again good ending for the lunch. The restauarant is spacious and all table setting is isolated with privacy. Definitely good place for relexing lunch and catch up with friends/clients. Service needs to be improved. Waiters are not good in English but only Cantonese (my friend can't speak Cantonese and i need to translate for her). Also despite the reasaonble set lunch price, the waiter directly asked us whether need still water without offering tap water (which is actually offered in all other tables) and the water itself charged $68. A bit misselling. But overall definitely place I'll return in the future for lunch.

A friend had recommended NC Grill to my wife, so we decided to try it out with some friends. We weren't sure if they would be busy, so we tried to call on Saturday to make a reservation, but only got a recording. However, with the holiday, we arrived and didn't have to wait at all and were immediately seated.For lunch they had a special set menu with 3 different options all for $98. Three of us chose the pork tenderloin and one had the salad with grilled chicken. Each dish also came with the soup of the day, sweet corn soup, and a choice of tea or coffee. The soup was fantastic! Rich and creamy with good flavor. An assortment of rolls were also provided and they were quite good. The pork tenderloin was served with a little spinach on top and some diced veggies below. They were diced so small, it was almost like a salsa or pico de gallo texture. The pork tenderloin was a good lunchsized portion, not to big to weigh you down for the afternoon. And it was delicious tender, juicy and very flavorful. The veggies were also quite nice, but a little bit hard to get onto the fork because of their size. We finished with our drinks.Our server was polite and attentive. I noticed that he turned down the music for us (without being asked) so that we could talk more easily and was prompt with filling water and his other duties.While I haven't tried the dinner menu, I know that it is quite a bit more with most entrees ranging from $250350. But the lunch seemed quite reasonable for the quality & atmosphere.

Whilst waiting for some of our friends to arrive, we had some drinks in the bar area. The bar man was so busy texting on his phone that he didn't realise we were trying to get his attention. He hastily processed our orders so he could return to texting. No eye contact throughout.When our friends arrived, we asked to be seated (we had a reservation). The restaurant had only 2 tables of patrons at this point. The waiter stood there for a long minute "umm"ing and "ahh"ing, assessing which table to put us on. So we sat ourselves at the nearest table for 6 people, which I suppose is a little rude, but it didn't matter because only 2 more tables arrived to eat at this restaurant before we left and there were plenty of other empty tables.For our table of 6, we were given just one menu. So we had to ask for more menus. When we wanted to place our orders, there was no waiter around. After about 67 mins, a waiter was within view so we had to all wave and call out at him to get his attention. We ordered 1 pork burger $138, 4 wagyu burgers $158 each, 1 cappalini pasta $188, truffle mac & cheese $58, baked potato $58, fried okra $58 (all +10% sc).After waiting 30 mins for food, we were starving so asked if we could have our sides first if they were ready. About 10 mins later, we asked again and were given bread. If they had bread for the tables, why didn't we receive them immediately after we placed our orders and not 40 mins later?!We finished the small basket of bread, then asked about our food as it had been almost 1 hr. The waiter went to check, then came back and reported at the food will be ready in "less than 3 minutes"....... the food was finally delivered 11 mins after he said this (my friend timed it).Food portions are a good size. The pork burger was average. The wagyu burger was nice. Both were served with chips and onion rings. The pasta was al dente and tasty but amount of seafood was stingy.The sides were acceptable but not delicious.The only speedy part of the night was bringing us the bill. It then took 10 mins to return our credit card.

在較早前預訂了Opus Grill，但當日親臨才得知餐廳已轉手一個多星期，現名為North Carolina (N. C.) Grill Restaurant & Bar。

既然已親臨，亦不仿一試該餐廳。

餐廳分酒吧及用餐區，佈置座椅寬敞舒適。

坐下後，先要求暖水兩杯及午餐餐牌，但等了良久亦未見影蹤。

在再三嗺促下，暖水來到，但竟獲告知午餐餐牌印刷錯了，未能提供，咁都得？！唯有依靠店員口述點菜。

午餐有三道菜，頭盤粟米忌廉湯，味道幾甜幾香，配上麵包麥包兩款，暖暖的，夾上加了香草的中油，都唔錯。

主菜試了炸魚及燒豬扒。

炸魚用上龍利柳，肉質嫩滑，但同時亦較鬆散。

面上沾上一層炸漿，雖不算太厚，但不夠脆口。

伴碟配上薯條及沙律菜，整體評分一般。

燒豬扒雖切得厚厚，但不影響其鬆軟度，切下肉質粉紅，並有少許肉汁溢出，加上吃得出肉香，評分可有中上。

餐飲熱咖啡，無乜特別。

友人的熱檸蜜，以不錯的蜜糖調製，可以一試。

最後一談服務，店員態度懇切有禮，但人手明顯不足。

雖然人客不多，但不論點菜、上菜及結賬，全部都要等一陣子，需多加留意。
