I first came here 10 years ago when it was ONE location in wanchai, and the kebabs were really good. So whenver I visit HK, I always come here, tell my friends etc.Then 3 years ago, I came to the CENTRAL location after a night of partyingand ordered a kebab.It was good as usual, then I found a piece of RED HAIR in my kebab.I took it to the front and a younger indian guy (around 20) , looks at it and says, "That's a womens hair and it's all guys working here."That's it. He didn't replace my kebab or anything.I was pretty pissed off and sent off an email the next day to them.They responded with"Sorry about that. He should replaced the kebab right away"THE END>THat's it! The email didn't even offer me a free kebab!! So I reply with, "Okay, so are you going to take care of me and give me a free kebab for the trouble"NO REPLY.A week later, I email again, . NO REPLY.Then a month later I sent out THIS EMAIL"IT'S A SHAME that once a company gets big and expands to multiple locations , that they forget the customers who brought them there in the first place"What is thisI boycotted this place because of thislack of customer service. I can get kebabs somewhere else.... thanks for nothing MR. Ebeneezer.And the food, since I have to write about the food to get this posted.I usually have the lamb kebab, which is #1 on the menu. I like it "spicy" cause it adds an extra kick, and it's not that spicy either. Good stuff, I always came here , and whenver my friends came to visit hong kong, i take them here. Thats right. When they visit Hong Kong, i take them to this indian kebab joint.....not some chinese restaurant. haha.

我地同朋友ORDER左CHICKEN KABEB 同LAMB KABEB熱辣辣～ 皮係微脆的～一路食都好燙嘴～入面都算幾多肉，很足料～醬汁我點左 混醬BBQ SAUCE，MILD CHILI SAUCE 同沙律醬～好在點左MILD CHILI姐～其實都真係辣辣地架～但辣得合到好處個FRD食GE係LAMB KABEB佢話個羊好好味～有少少騷味～超惹味的如果再有團購票的話這個必買～佢就咁食個餐都唔平架唔用票的話不過下次就算無票去到以頭都會幫趁的

I've been to several Ebeneezers; Discovery Bay, Lan Kwai Fong and this one on Hollywood Road.Not once have I ever been disappointed by its food.The kebabs are succulent, the briyanis spicily delicious and the curries are to die for.You can order most everything on the spicy side but be careful on the curries, they can be hot.This is a great place to go when you need to eat and run, sit during offpeak hours, have something light like a salad, or just a place to cool off from the summer heat outside.Service is prompt and staff are sufficiently friendly.The prices are affordable.Ebeneezers are every where these days.So no matter where you are and if you feel like some Indian or Mediterranean fast food, look one up nearest to you on your phone.I wonder why I don't go there more often, I should.

因為有團購優惠券($20當$45用)，於是午飯時間來此店一試。

本來想吃咖喱加Nann，但原來此店沒有；似乎網上的菜單不太準確。

因為一心想吃咖喱但又不想吃白飯，於是外賣自取了一客咖喱炒飯。

Prawn Biryani with Salad 咖喱蝦炒飯配沙律(原價$52)：飯是長身的三色米（橙紅、黃及白），很漂亮。

咖喱味非常香濃，辣味剛剛好，混合各種香料，非常野味。

蝦有五六隻，雖不大隻但爽口。

配料除了蝦，還有半件烚蛋和一件薯仔，味道OK，但若能多一兩件便好了。

沙律有生菜、車厘茄、彩椒和青瓜，配了少許白色和綠色的醬料，清新好味，正好中和了咖喱的辣味。

不過，見盒底頗多油，這餐似乎吃了不少油份啊。

食物好味，有團購優惠券折扣，只是補了$7，也算抵吃，不過原價就頗貴了。

店鋪細小，有點擠逼，但尚算整潔，而且製作食物速度也算快，店員也有禮貌。

見有不少人吃Kebab，日後有機會一定要試試。
