A Party without Cake is just a Meeting.Yum to the max cakesssss.Its been a long time since I have had a good slice of cake.Knowing that they do a popup store in Landmark, have to come try immediately. Followed their ig account and stay updated with the live situation.Have to be an early bird before their cakes are sold out.Was there at 1130am, can easily spot the shop on 2/F, with red and white colour scheme, you can easily spot the waiter and waitress in their cute outfits.All their cakes are $80 per slice and pies are $70 each. We ordered the apple pie and carrot cake.There are 3 tables where u can stand there to eat your cake or you can take them home to enjoy.Apple pie is absolute perfection. Crust is crusty and buttery. The apple filling is a lot but the crust is not soggy at all, the apple filling is full of cinnamon taste with the right thickness so that the bottom of the crust still remain crusty.The apple itself still remains its original texture after cooking, perfect!I always like Carrot Cake, especially this one. Love the cream cheese frosting, so creamy. The cake itself is moist and flavourful, they used pineapple!Staff members are so friendly. Will definitely come back for more stamps, buy 5 get 1 slice FREE!

All their cakes looked attractive but since I was going to have afternoon tea later on, I decided to try the Apple Pie so I won't get surfeited. They were able to reheat it if you eat it there right away and I was blown away by it. The pie was quite big and well worth the HKD70. The crust had a nice crisp and there were so much apple fillings, it was almost gushing out. When I ate the top crust, I got to see that the apples were not just small chunks but big pieces. The filling tasted just like apples. I know this sentence seems redundant but many times when we eat an apple pie, the filling is so sweet you can't taste the apple flavor. Butter totally nailed the right balance of tartness and sweetness.Looking forward to try their other cakes.

今晚要返奶奶屋企食飯於是就搵吓有冇咩好食嘅嘢順便買返去一齊share食老公話呢間蛋糕店而家好Hit於是就過咗嚟買兩件蛋糕外賣返屋企啦個紙袋同紙盒都係精美嘅😂我哋分別買咗一件New York cheese cake同埋藍莓批拎到返屋企兩件蛋糕都冇走樣幾好幾好首先講吓件New York cheese cake唔會太甜連唔係太食甜野嘅奶奶都話幾好食餅底好脆至於我就比較鍾意個藍莓批啦啲藍莓真係非常之大粒！係珍寶size而且個醬唔會過甜叮暖咗佢嚟食仲好食而且個酥皮非常香脆雖然肥但係陣牛油香真係好正🤤如果同Lady M比較價錢差唔多呢個牌子啲蛋糕走傳統美式路線味道較為香濃Lady M cheesecake質感就較滑我個人就比較偏好前者😛

上次都介紹過反轉菠蘿蛋糕但蘋果批賣哂，今次再試呢間人氣美式餅店網店期間限定既實體店，最招牌既蘋果批。

1️⃣Apple Pie 💰70（👅: 9/10）Butter 既甜點都係價錢貴D但份量大份，咁大個蘋果批都係第一次食。

蘋果批用加拿蘋果，果肉好大個食落酸甜又夠新鮮爽脆，非常滿足。

因為有小小煮熟過紅糖、肉桂同檸檬加落去，蘋果內餡味道豐富但唔會煮得太淋，肉桂味突出但唔會喧賓奪主，整體唔會太酸太甜。

面層既批皮係格狀，會食到一條條分開，食到牛油味不過唔算好出，同埋會食到鹽味既焦糖，味道層次豐富之外仲好酥脆，唔會比內餡整到淋哂。

酥脆既批皮，加上味道豐富既蘋果內餡同爽脆既蘋果，味道同口感上都好滿足，暫時係香港食過最好食既蘋果批。

🌟上次星期日1點去到就賣哂蘋果批，今次12點去到仲有成個，如果要一心想食蘋果批我諗12點幾都仲有，要預早小小。

另外佢有提供3張枱既企位比大家可以買完即刻食。

見到大大件蛋糕已經流晒口水。

不過ＰＯＰ　ＵＰ　ＳＴＯＲＥ　堂食無得坐就差少少。

４點去到，無晒ＡＰＰＬＥ　ＰＩＥ同埋　ＣＡＮＤＹ　ＣＡＮＥ　ＶＥＬＶＥＴ嚕。

如果想食到就要早少少去喇。

ＴＲＩＰＬＥ　ＣＨＯＣＯＬＡＴＥ　唔算好ＤＡＲＫ　ＣＨＯＣＯＬＡＴＥ。

味道偏甜，類似ＣＨＥＥＳＥＣＡＫＥ　ＦＡＣＴＯＲＹ個類，ＣＲＥＡＭ　非常企身，蛋糕好夠ＭＯＩＳＴ兩個人食無咁ＨＥＡＶＹ。

好滿足。
