My wife and I think this is best oyster restaurant. Good selection of oyster. Not the most, but all the oyster are good. My wife has been there a couple times, and the selection differed slightly. Main course is solid too fish and chips really good, lobster pasta very tasty... Price is not the cheapest, but oyster is not meant to be cheap in Hong Kong, and, some times we have to pay for quality, and oyster is one of those. Service is very good, although I think the lady almost overdoes it. The oyster chef is very good. He knows oyster, and you can chat with him and tell you all about each oyster.
美食三人組又出動啦~~夜露死苦!星期一晚上, 食客不多~~只有兩三台客~~今次黎主要係睇左雜誌介紹~~話呢間食蠔唔錯~~咁就約左兩個同道黎試試~~黎SOHO區食西餐緊係要叫枝洋酒飲下啦~~叫左枝最平既白酒($380)Peter Lehmann Futures Shiraz 2006.小弟唔係好識欣賞洋酒(平常飲開老金威同藍妹多 ).覺得味道唔錯就是了~~我地話想食蠔~~服務生叫我地去BAR枱睇~~因為唔係正式食蠔既時候~~蠔的款式不多~~只有4種~~那麼就每人每款要一隻吧~~由淡口味順時針開始食~~都幾生鮮~~其中有個朋友食完話有幸福既感覺喎~~ (太超過了吧~~ )主菜叫左3樣, SHARE食:炸魚薯條炸魚好正呀~~薯條都好好味~~ 不過炸魚實在太細舊了吧~~烤三文魚柳加了大量薯蓉同大力菜~~美味~~烤鴨腿呢個就一般~~冇咩特別~~可能飲左D洋酒~~HIGH HIGH 地~~有人提議追加生蠔~~冇人反對下又叫多6隻~~呢次我唔好彩食到一隻有D唔新鮮既蠔~~要扣分~~食完又實在太飽~~呢個故事教訓我地見好就收~~唔好貪心~~
四月廿七‧小滿 想來這裡，第一天錯過了，去了別處，卻在離開時知道原來在這裡，第二天就再來。
一進門已見蠔王在招呼，而比起他之前落腳的幾間店子，這裡是比較光猛企理。
蠔季已過，來蠔店也只好吃西餐，不然的話，就吃海鮮。
不過是日來，除了看看環境，就是吃午餐。
三道菜的餐牌收118，兩道菜的就98蚊，價錢比一般西餐廳昂貴，但選擇上是精緻的。
前菜要了溏心蛋煙鴨胸沙律，主菜是紅椒燉牛肉長通粉。
麵包籃只是簡簡單單的幾塊麵包，烘熱了的，塗上的是鮮牛油，簡單而美味；溏心蛋煙鴨胸沙律賣相不錯，將上面的溏心蛋刺穿，蛋液流在煙鴨胸及沙律菜上一起吃，特別美味。
沙律汁是簡單的用油醋來做，甜甜的濃香，配上清新的沙律菜，是很討好的前菜； 主菜的長通粉也好吃，做得al dente的，除了紅椒，還下了切了絲的紅尖椒，甜辣俱備，配上刨了絲的巴馬山芝士，好吃。
反而燉牛肉是韌韌的，成為大配角。
餐後放棄了甜品，而要了杯鮮奶咖啡，做得賣相對辦，味道香濃，雖然要另加三十八，但就是做得認真的咖啡。
埋單150，不便宜，但食物有水準，環境也不錯，可以一試的。
當然，當蠔季再臨，要再來。
