第一次嚟咁優質嘅日本居酒屋。
叫咗一setB tasting set。
有兩款純米大吟釀，又有一個大吟釀。
非常可口！有好多好好嘅小食例如關東煮，串燒同年糕。
清酒選擇亦很多。
最後服務態度良好有禮貌值得推介！😀👍🏻
百樂中心樓下見到這個清酒居酒屋的名字，就立刻給吸引，打去預約訂位，非常友善的日本老闆娘接聽。
週五晚上座無虛席，環境很有氣氛，好像去了日本一樣！食物小吃也非常有水準！點了雞肉棒和佐酒芝士小吃！非常好吃😋！也點了個清酒tastingset適合我們這些不太懂喝清酒的人！
This is a nice sake place with cozy vibes.This place has a variety of sake offered including a few tasting sets for newbies.The Japanese owner is super friendly, and the food offered goes well with the sake.Bonus: the restroom is very clean to my liking.Friendly reminder: recommend booking in advance.

Yumi San, the sake kikisake shi (唎酒師）is always reliable on recommending suitable sake to our taste. SakenoWa was forced to suspending their sake bar business under the bar restrictions under pandemic lockdown and finally they are reopened over last weekend. We especially come to support Yumi San with our Japanese friend tonight after dinner. We tried out the premium sake set with the following 3 sakes:1) Dassai Jumai Daiginjo 23%2) Miyakanbai Junrei Junka Junmai Daiginjo 35%3) Gangi Sekirei Junmai Daiginjo 35%Comments on the sake:All 3 sake are very elegant, mild sweetness with strong rice aroma. I believe they will be suitable to go with white fish sashimi and some good sushi dishes. It don’t overpower the taste of the fish. I also believe it tastes good in its own without eating as we do now. It is so good that they are now reopen and we can come back to try out their extensive sake selection by the glass or by bottle.
