Fineprint has several branches. And this one, located in Wanchai is a popup store. But for a popup, it's been here for almost half a year? It took over the space from another cafe that inhabited it. I guess that was a popup as well? I've been to the other branches, so I always knew it was a good cup of coffee. So, after work, I decided to rest my feet here.Menu is in English only. There is no 10% service charge. They offer a variety of food as well as coffee and non coffee drinks.I decided to get my usual. A small latte ($30). It was way too hot, thus the milk went a bit bitter against the espresso. I was a bit surprised as it's my usual order at other branches and I've always found it fairly decent.I noticed on their menu, they had Hot Cross Bun ($20) as their Easter special. I love hot cross buns, so I got myself one. It was toasted with some butter on the side. This wasn't a very good hot cross bun. Not enough spices. Not enough dried fruit.It was not as good as the other branches. Unsure if it was an off day for the barista? Or if weekends are so busy, quality goes out the door as I usually go on a weekday? Or maybe it's just this branch? Unsure. I guess I'll stick to the other branches.

看到有人推薦哩度嘅鹼水結 當然要試 下 香港真係好少有地方賣pretzel總結就係唔駛來了😅入口就是冷藏過至少一晚嘅老化麵包同埋超市貨架麵包的麵粉質量 重點係冇咩鹼水味 總要冇落鹽 盛惠30蚊Bakehouse pretzel 18蚊 正過哩度😅
Fine Print 喺灣仔開咗間 Pop Up，位置方便。
今次就特登喺早餐時間入座，試吓佢哋嘅 coffee 同埋輕食。
入座之後，我哋就叫咗一杯 cappuccino 同一份 avocado toast。
首先，佢哋嘅 cappuccino 泡沫好細緻，喺口感上面已經贏咗啲。
咖啡味道濃郁，甘香度啱啱好！嚟到 avocado toast，佢哋嘅sourdough烘得啱啱好，表面香脆，內裡鬆軟。
鋪面嘅牛油果夠熟，口感幼滑。
雖然味道唔差，不過份量就略嫌少咗少少。
如果你諗住食個豐富嘅早餐，咁呢個可能唔夠你充飢。
總括嚟講，Fine Print 灣仔 Pop Up 提供咗簡單嘅輕食選擇。
如果你想喺早餐時間食啲唔太油膩嘅嘢，又或者係想試吓一間新嘅 cafe，咁呢度絕對值得一試。
前排去灣仔行街，行到攰攰地想飲杯咖啡叉下電，經過見到呢間 Fine Print，見佢裝修都幾簡潔舒服，同埋原來係都幾人氣嘅咖啡店 Pop Up Store，而剛好又有窗口位，咁就入去嘆啡休息一下 😆我叫左杯 Black Coffee，味道算濃香唔酸，都容易入口，不過賣相就可以企理返少少 😂 男友就試 Iced Mocha，可可味同奶都夠濃，不過啡味唔算太出～整體都坐得舒服，而且玻璃外係灣仔 d 小街，都幾有特色，下次可以試下食物 😎
大坑分店長期爆滿，反而灣仔分店座位不多，卻輕易有位坐。
大約只有5至6張枱，每張坐2至3人。
點了最愛的Ricotta toast，上面有蜜糖同藍莓，想讚的係蜜糖味道清甜，唔會好搶味，但又令ricotta cheese的味道更香。
不過略嫌酸種包切得太薄，烘得過硬，好難切。
Fineprint的酸種包一般，唔會太chewy亦冇咩香氣。
Cappuccino的味道正常，espresso底惼nutty。
熱Americano的味道，凍左之後風味明顯啲。
