There is a long queue outside the cafe despite being 3pm in a saturday afternoon. Yet, this cafe definitely worths the wait, which only took us 15 minutes after all. The cafe is decorated in a chill and modern style with pretty lights. We sat outdoor to enjoy some fresh air after the rain. Revol Special🍝Spaghetti Carbonara🥓($96) best traditional authentic carbonara in Hong Kong with pancetta😋 Why is it authentic? It is because the use of cheese and egg yolk instead of cream or white sauce in the carbonara can reveal the understanding of a cafe towards pasta (There are loads of cafe not making authentic pasta in Hong Kong. ) Moreover, Hong Kong versions usually use bacon stripes only so I really appreciate the use of pancetta here💛Edinburgh Cottage🍳($135) great mix of pork belly, good quality sausages & meshed peas for the crispy toast🍞 A very filling all day breakfast together with large portion of scrambled egg, mushrooms, tomato, asparagus tips and salad🥗 Very authentic coffee is also served: Rose Cafe Latte🌹($43) great coffee beans and flavour, not only having the taste of artificial syrup!Hojicha Latte🍵($42) This is quite special and can’t be find in many coffee shop. Only milk and hojicha powder is used without any coffee inside. The taste of hojicha is mild and I would prefer a bit stronger flavour personally.

位於佐敦既cafe revol 裝橫走工業風 以水泥灰為主調 有文宣得黎 又不失型格 平日少啲人 應該幾適合拎部電腦黎做野 設有幾個室外座位 小巷中唔算有太多人與車 有陽光應該都幾chill▪️Revol Special Carbonara $96意粉賣相唔錯 有多隻蛋黃係中間好吸睛 意粉彈牙有咬口 較為乾身 撈埋隻蛋黃就岩岩好 煙肉片煎到好脆好香口 仲有啲煙肉粒 口感幾豐富 調味岩岩好 整體唔會太油膩 或者太重口味▪️Hojicha Latte $42入口順滑 茶味突出 但未能滿足茶控 甜度較低▪️Café mocha $42咖啡味比朱古力味突岀 咖啡香醇 mocha有焦糖香 感覺上咖啡較為岀色▪️Homemade red velvet cake $40其實一直都好想知red velvet有無咩特別嘅味道 蛋糕濕潤 夾層既cream幼滑 帶微酸有少少益力多嘅感覺 整體幾輕盈唔太甜膩 甜度唔會太高 係個蛋糕底乾咗小小整體而言 carbonara確實唔錯 係少有食物質素唔錯既cafe 推薦！
Carbonara $96呢道既卡邦尼不落忌廉，直接將蛋汁撈意粉，比較接近正宗做法（但有落洋蔥🧅）。
意粉質感非常好🤩，做到Al Dente效果，煙韌彈牙有口感🍝。
蛋汁香滑，唔會起粒，但蛋味唔太突出🧐。
煙肉片香口惹味，厚煙肉粒油脂香濃有口感，的確唔錯，如果蛋味再突出啲一定超正😋。
原本想等埋Piccolo一齊影相，但店員提醒卡邦尼要盡快食，因為蛋汁會凝固，所以大家記得唔好影咁耐😆。
————————————————————Black Truffle Mushroom Spaghetti $94聞到隔離枱既黑松露意粉好香😛，忍唔住自己都要叫一份。
雜菌香軟入味，不過黑松露味唔算重，反而橄欖油味比較突出，整體黎講有啲普通。
————————————————————Piccolo Latte $40揀左Nutty啲既豆，堅果香氣濃厚🌰，入口順滑甘醇，帶微微黑朱古力味，鮮奶同咖啡比例做得唔錯，完美咁突顯到咖啡豆既堅果香☕️，暫時算係我飲過既Piccolo當中既第一位🥇。
————————————————————Matcha Latte $42抹茶清香🍵，甜度適中，但質感有啲粗糙，可能沖茶時未搞云，所以飲到唔少茶粉粒🥺，睇黎呢道既咖啡比較出色。
係佐敦 又係一人前時間最近都好喜歡食pasta 室外枱一見到 已經覺得好有feel好悠閒可惜天氣太熱 如果夜晚黎 大家坐係到吹下風 應該好chill入到去 係工業風 一班後生仔女主場 等位時 順便了解下屬於香港人既文化揀左個carbonara 每個人對意粉都有一個情意結我就係對carbonara 有種愛用料都好足 Bacon夠多啲醬汁 都足以包住每條意粉🍝但我係醬汁控 如果可以再creamy d 就prefect ❤️飲品係Ice latte而家好多餐廳都響應環保 唔再用膠飲管但呢間唔單止唔用膠飲管 仲用鐵飲管咁熱既天氣 飲啖凍野 仲要係凍上加凍 透心涼❤️多謝支持環保 ♻️ 洗飲管絕對不易
香港地可帶寵物開餐地方極少難得有靚outside檯又門前泊到車來到發現是黃店更perfect啦但店員態度惡劣衰過藍絲限時90分鐘交檯好正常亦都理解店員話坐外面唔使排隊坐低即計時唔可留檯我就話朋友塞車等佢來到再決定然後我企埋一邊繼續等朋友我同朋友保持聯絡知佢差不多到又見張檯無人於是同另一位店員講想而家入座結果被告知一開始已當我入座計緊時我從未坐低就單方面計時咁都得同我講送返時間俾我話溝通上問題都算啦但可否攞丁點禮貌出來至少唔好趕客咁款嚟幫襯都係想支持同路label黃圈就應該保持黃圈質素如果只虛掛黃店光環黃到金都要鬧
