【Unbothered 非誠勿擾】係蘭桂坊一間Cafe & Bar， 樓高2層，上層仲設有露台，日頭係休閒打卡cafe，夜晚係酒吧，仲有得聽人夾band表演 🎸肉醬千層麵份量適中，肉醬汁香濃，滲透入每條面之中單骨雞翼外脆內嫩，辣辣地好滋味燒賣口感偏乾身、肉硬☕️豐胸波波茶🥤朱古力📍Unbothered (中環)中環蘭桂坊1號地下

I m not sure how this restaurant could get such a high rating….Today i ordered takeaway through deliveroo as i saw it has this 4.9 out of 5 rating so i thought “oh good, lets try something new for Friday”. As they didn’t have a lot of choiceson the menu, I ordered Siu Mai, beef noodles and earl grey cookie.Honestly this “restaurant” gave me the worst experience ever. To begin with the siu mai was rock hard because they were burnt and charred (and no sauce), they where like plastic fake toys and not even my fork could penetrate them. Out of curiosity, I did take one bite just to see how they taste like, well plastic charcoal is the best way to describe.Secondly, the so called beef “noodles” basically had no soup in it because they actually put the noodles in the soup during delivery (instead of having some common sense to separate them like all restaurants). Sowhen it arrived the noodles absorbed all the soup and they were like soaking tissue paper!! And on deliveroo,u have no idea whether they would give u noodles or rice (as per picture) as there wasn’t any option to choose either, its just says “beef noodles/ rice”, so take ur chance buddy! When trying to call them to clarify,noone answered the phone despite calling 5 times, all u got was voicemail! And if u want to know, the cookie was just okay. I have no idea why/ how this place would get such a high rating here and on deliveroo, but i would really like to take this chance to let people know about my true experience and you can take this as a second but honest opinion. And if you check the number of ratings, it seems there are always 30+ comments about this place on open rice and deliverooand they are all “excellent”!! Too good to be true?!??Honestly, this place is like “ridiculously bad, they don’t know how to cook nor how to treat food properly. They do have a restaurant name that kinda matches their attitude towards food quality though, but to me, i think “dont bother” would be more suitable!

lunch time被menu上面七彩繽紛嘅latte吸引入咗呢間cafe 行上二樓見到一幅好有心思佈置嘅花花牆🌼❤️2樓有幾張吧枱同埋一個細嘅live band corner 感覺夜晚嚟嘅話應該幾有氣氛😻叫咗一杯純素紅菜頭拿鐵 同埋蝶豆花牛奶 兩個顏色都好靚！呢度嘅飲品全部都係高質cafe嘅感覺 但小食完全係另一個style 幾驚喜😂 香煎墨魚腸同埋蒜蓉炸雞翼都冇令人失望蒜蓉炸雞翼係單骨雞翼 不過隻隻都有肉😋總括嚟講 如果想喺中環搵間靜靜地嘅小店同朋友傾偈 又試到特別啲嘅飲品同小食 呢間cafe都係一個唔錯嘅選擇❣️

今日喺中環行街路過蘭桂坊發現一間特色Cafe，裝修勁似中式涼茶舖頭，十分有趣。

簡單嗌咗一杯玫瑰花latte,嚟到嗰陣時已經聞到好大浸玫瑰花味，飲落去又唔會係嗰隻化學甜，真係估唔到會咁夾。

超級有驚喜。
