Been here for 2 weekends in a row... Absolutely amazing dishes and experience! Due to the COVID ban it’s open for 2 rounds of lunch 12pm / 2:30pm. Can choose between 7course full tasting menu and 4course short tasting menu. They also have addon dishes and offmenu items (subject to change every day) which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! A must order every time! During my 2 visits there I’ve tried every addon dish and offmenu item. Love the short beef ribs the most! Best I’ve ever tried.🤤will definitely come back for more!Thanks the Korean chef and team for great experience and amazing food every time! Good value for money, good service. Staff is friendly and well trained. Wine list can be improved though.

Tried the 8course tasting menu tonight. Except the 1st course (the deep fried fish skin wasn’t crispy enough), all other courses were just made to perfection. I liked the Spanner crab and Ginseng chicken soup risotto most. Overall, it was good but not excellent. I wish they could include more Mingles’ signature dishes to the menu, such as “Jang Trio”. Will definitely come again after its official launch.

媽的，太好味了！新開張的緣故，服務非常之好，味道也很好，環境(包了房)也很好。

另外要點讚的一點就是很多餐廳除了本身的signature set menu 外 ， 另外再點其他的東西(例如素食 vegetarian menu )便大失水準， 但這餐廳的師傅也算厲害，其中一位客人點了以素食為主的餐單， 出來的餸菜 竟然也非常出色 ，這點非常加分讓人驚喜、意外、印象深刻。

另一個驚喜點就是埋單的時候，不計酒水的話，新開張的價格真的非常之 value for money！！！ 難怪 要再預約的話，已經要排隊兩個月之後了。
