We had signed up for a cooking class here for a Xmas lunch event. We were very excited for a cook and learn session with the chef but it didn’t turn out the way we thought it would be. We didn’t cook, we watched the chef to cook no hand on experience.We had 2 types of finger foodbruschetta and cheese gougeres. Then we had 2 tiny pieces of scallop and a bowl of veggie soup for appetisers. For the main course, beef tenderloin and fish garoupa were served. The beef tenderloin is about half a size of my palm (excluding fingers), half an inch thick and the fish is about a mahjong block size. Oh! I forgot to mention we had potato and few pieces of bean for the sides. Finished up with a slice of apple pie. No tea or coffee, only water for the entire time. We had to go out for another lunch afterward 😭The service is okay and the chef is experienced. I just feel like It’s not worth $880 per head for lunch and didn’t get what we signed up for cooking.

有朋自遠方來，哈哈，遠方係指元朗吧，要響忙碌既中環搵一間靜靜地又有質素既餐廳坐耐一點傾吓計，呢度都唔錯。
一坐低就有一杯薄薄的炸紫薯，唔太油。
Menu都多選擇，有咖哩，有魚，有牛扒，有日式，有意粉。
我就揀左鰻魚，無得去日本旅行住，望梅止渴吓一上菜，嘩左一聲，都份量十足wo，條鰻魚都幾長同厚身，汁既份量適中，唔太甜同杰。
老闆飛左，我偷雞坐多半個先返office。
多謝朋友仔咁遠都黎探我，下次再聚
我選擇了咖喱牛肉漢堡。
咖喱味道吾錯，但不是有辣的感覺，而有咖喱的香味，漢煲個肉質鬆軟及仍然有肉汁，味道不俗。
而個餐仲有個菜絲沙律及磨茹湯配套。
而環境舒適地方並不擠迫，員工服務態度親切和藹。
聽朋友介紹中上環這間餐廳，今天便和同事一試。
餐廳午市供應商務午餐。
價錢由100至200不等，符合我們的預期。
我點了一個鰻魚飯，同事點了意大利麵跟牛扒。
餐前還有小吃有點出乎意料。
餐湯跟沙律隨後送上，味道不錯，對主菜又加多了一點期望。
鰻魚飯非常大份美味，還覺得有點太多了哈哈至於蜆肉意大利麵，同事認為偏淡。
向店員反映了，他們表示以後會多加留意。
套餐還跟咖啡或茶，都是大大杯的非常滿足。
果然是朋友好介紹，以後還會再來。
來這間店最大的挑戰大概是找到入口, 位於商業大廈的15 樓, 雖然有點不起眼，但這就是隠世高手的所在地。
這裏標榜草飼養無激素的牛扒，大廚Kim接受過很多雜誌的訪問，早些時間大廚去了藍帶學院深造，現在回來，餐單有所變動。
今天來到這裏吃了普羅旺斯集材，和日式漢堡包，套餐跟沙律和湯，才一百多元在中環算是10分便宜。
日式漢堡扒，是慢煮再炸出來的所以肉質很鬆軟，肉味很濃郁。
這裏的員工和老闆都十分親切有禮，確實是一個繁忙中，讓精神充電的好地方。
