🌙 Four Seasons Hotel currently debuts its latest cocktail bar, a longawaited establishment to replace the previous Blue Bar at the lobby of the hotel. The place takes its name Argo after the Greek myth of Jason and the Argonauts, leading the course of adventure ahead. Combining the modern vibe of glamour and mythical column of spirits in the center, it is surely one of the bestdesigned bars you will encounter in Hong Kong.The stunning crystal balls on the ceiling surrounding the center spirits column are fascinating and absolutely photogenic. Mark my words, this place will for sure become the next most popular "it place" very shortly. After spending the whole night drinking here, we still could not get over how pretty it was.🧸Champagne with gummy bears They will be served as welcome drinks once seated, and the sweetness of the gummy bears matched very well with the champagne. A few sides of nibbles are provided as well. The waiters did explain the menu in detail and provided excellent and efficient service.🧇Egg WafflesHong Kong local street food at its best with a variety of dipping choices of creative flavors. Never have I ever thought that egg waffles could be complemented with sophisticated cocktails like these! It is indeed a brand new experience for us.Introducing the main ingredients of the menu rice, honey, apple, cacao, vanilla & coffee, all of which may be endangered in the future due to environmental deterioration.Breakfast FizzBark, Leaf & LoveUrban KeeperArgo MartiniCocktails are in order from the lightest to the richest in potency. A cocktail index is provided for customers to examinate and know more about the ingredients and background stories accordingly. The host was very wellinformed and provided us with a lot of advice regarding the drinks.After midnight they turned on the lights of the place, you can surely see that the walls are in a beautiful Tiffany blue colour and it certainly gave a grand and sophisticated tea room vibe. Such a perfect place for girls talk or a romantic date indeed.Our experience was certainly very remarkable and we enjoyed the drinks very much. Needless to say, the environment itself obtained almost a full score and is for sure worth going more than once. It would be even more exciting if we could visit the private room to be honest. Can't wait for our visit!

ARGO 開咗幕就約friends 試吓先，由於我地係食野晚所以唔係buffet 系列。
FIRST COME FIRST SERVE 星期一下午6點行到Reception 留contact 等枱等到下午7點半有枱啦😎 自動門既背後已經睇到ARGO 既裝修同特式酒櫃，個酒櫃係夜晚先會亮燈同埋show 啲酒出黎；留意到ARGO 會有陣時將燈光較光又較暗啲，有啲燈罩內係有植物系內裏做裝飾。
入座後每位客人都會獲得一杯welcoming drink “Gummy Bear” 一粒熊仔軟糖酒杯內，再送上canapés職員會主動向客人介紹番Beverage menu 上既飲料，方便客人了解有咩調酒。
當送上飲料嗰陣，職員都會有詳細向客人講番調咗啲咩酒。
我地ordered 咗3杯調酒同4樣食物，調酒飲料會按時節材料唔同而會有update當中會好推介一款ARGO 既食物，就係雞蛋仔。
系酒吧食雞蛋仔有別於香港其他既酒吧，雞蛋仔係配上有花椒味既朱古力醬、焦糖海鹽醬同Vanila 雪糕。
一粒雞蛋仔沾上花椒味朱古力醬，係好夾而且係唔辣嘅；我個人覺得係ARGO 最有特色 同 最好食食物😋如果12個人去ARGO 就有機會坐到吧枱，有調酒師serve 又可以望吓維港夜景 係一個唔錯既酒吧。
最後，ARGO 有個角落仔係可以比客人有需要出去吸煙換吓氣；其實都幾細心照顧客人需要，唔洗個客又要走出去酒店外邊。
當日收工諗住同朋友去happy hour6點半去到都已經full左要排長龍，咁唯有留電話等位，食完飯8點半番到去先有位比我地，一入到去已經見到裝修好靚 好多打卡位 感覺好舒服好chill一坐低waiter就拎左杯gummy bear既welcome drinks 係一杯香檳配唔同顏色既gummy bear，好colourful 好靚酒既選擇都好多有house wine同cocktail Cocktail都有好多唔同味道選擇，我地揀左兩杯Honey味既cocktail，一杯Rice味既同一杯Cacao味既，成個賣相加埋裝修，同朋友係依度happy hour chill 下傾下計一流
認識左廿幾年既閨蜜下個月就全家移民，又少左一個可以同我劈酒談心既好朋友，睇怕遲d都要戒酒了。
一早plan好先食飯之後再去飲嘢同佢farewell，本來打算8:30pm到ARGO飲酒食嘢直落，但睇 D YouTuber話呢度平日四點幾已經有人開始等位，而且可能要等兩小時或以上，我怕要朋友餓着肚子，所以最後決定放棄，改往金鐘先吃晚餐再到Upper House頂樓飲嘢🍹。
我們到達Upper House飲嘢的時間已經是10:00pm，當時只是80%滿座，而且我們還被安排坐在window side，能居高臨下看到美麗的夜景👍！可能因為今日是週末，少左d上班一族，若是Friday應該會full house。
我突然靈機一觸，何不到ARGO碰碰運氣🤔️！所以在Upper House欣賞完夜景同打完卡就馬上轉場到四季的ARGO，到達ARGO差不多是11:00pm了，可惜reception告訴我們仍要等位😕，幸好我們在外面等了只是幾分鐘，reception就告訴我們已經有位了，幸運的我們還被安排坐到吧枱。
😍ARGO早上和中午是吃早餐自助餐和午市自助餐，黃昏5:00pm開始至午夜就會變成型格酒吧🍸🍹！我六月時在四季staycation 的時候ARGO仍在裝修，而ARGO的前身Blue Bar是我和朋友最喜愛的聚會地點之一(因為免費refill 我和朋友都喜愛的Olive)😍。
當知道ARGO已投入服務就打算帶我的閨蜜前來朝聖，一來是因為她愛跟我喝酒聊天，二來是我很希望在她離港前和她一起來欣賞一間這麽有型格的酒吧!我們剛坐下，一位年輕的女調酒師一邊和我們介紹飲品一邊調酒，忙得不可開交，因為音樂聲以及隔着口罩，我們聽不清楚她的介紹，不過很欣賞她的工作態度和對客人的熱誠，而且她根本沒有停過手，我們沒有看Menu直接請她為我們決定，最後她為我們調了兩杯創新雞尾酒，其中一杯是用香港原蜜的蜂蜜調制的Orchard Dance，而另外一杯是帶雲呢拿味道的Silver Fox，其實無論她調什麼鷄尾酒我們也很欣賞。
👍但朋友喝不慣Orchard Dance的味道，Yvonne還另調了一杯Mojito給她呢！😘用香港原蜜的蜂蜜調制的Orchard Dance$150帶雲呢拿味道的Silver Fox$150杯內的木珠就帶有雲呢拿味道Mojito (FOC)因為我們面對著一個流線型設計，放滿各式各樣酒瓶的又大又漂亮的圓柱形大酒櫃，配合四周的鏡子裝飾，感覺瑰麗堂皇😍，雖然只逗留了一小時至午夜，又沒有時間試輕食，畢竟可以在這裏打卡都已經心滿意足，更高興的是可以和閨蜜在她離港前在這間裝潢高雅的酒吧作最後一次聚會！令我們有一個美好的回憶。
👍🥰ARGO提供免費佐酒小食是酸蘿蔔和雜錦果仁，跟以往的Blue Bar 截然不同，在我看來Blue Bar是比較適合成熟的客人而ARGO則較有活力及適合所有心境年輕的客人！😁Cocktail Index有13款雞尾酒，由淡至濃，我們的分別排第二和第五，下次要試多两杯。
🍸🍹 年輕的女調酒師跟我們聊天才得知原來她就是Yvonne Chan，下次再到ARGO，必定會點佐酒小食和輕食，也會再和Yvonne say個Hello！
終於試到四季洒店嘅Argo weekend lunch buffet, 都要等左一個月先食到😎Buffet 海鮮種類都算多，有大蝦，大蜆，青口，螺，長腳蟹，不過小編還是鐘意食生蠔😎，主項生蠔🦪，當日生蠔有兩款，感覺都唔錯，雖然食落去唔係好大隻，生蠔都好有味😋之後就食咗啲點心，佢個麻辣蝦餃都幾好味，少少麻辣味，個皮都唔係好厚，我都食咗兩粒😂之後仲食咗啲田螺,烤牛 同即叫即煮意粉，好可惜當日我哋去食嗰陣就冇即煎牛扒，本身小編都好期待，不過始終都冇見過傳說中即煎牛扒，小編聽到其他客人都有問到餐廳職員，餐廳職員答今日冇，所以我哋都有啲失望😮💨跟住之後就去到甜品啦，甜品款式唔係好多，但係款款都幾好味😊，唔會話太甜🍰食到咁上下，職員就會攞個雪糕三文治過嚟，有兩種口味，一款係玫瑰味另一款係朱古力味，呢個應該係每一個人得一個，小編就試咗玫瑰味，都真係唔錯淡淡的玫瑰花香，唔會食落去好假個味道🍦總括來講，呢個buffet嘅種類唔係好多，不過lunch buffet來講都算係咁，可能係貴精不貴多😂但環境方面就好靚，小編當日去到都好full，影相打卡就一流，遲啲我再去多一次飲酒🍻，夜晚影相都好靚🙊
