Opening its new second branch in a twostorey space in Central along the midlevel escalator, featuring their signature toast tailoring menu and a new exclusive allday tasting menu. Fresh pastries are also available. It is certainly an upgrade in terms of space, but still feel quite cramped with the low ceiling. And as expected charging at an ambitious price given its location, it is not a cafe I would return very often despite great food and service. After all, it’s just some simple food on toast. Toast tailoring | $108Smoked salmon, tomato and mozzarella cheese on sourdoughBBQ brisket (+$15) and poached egg on sourdoughI must say I wasn’t very impressed with their food during my visit at their Wanchai branch years back, but they’ve certainly improved tremendously. Beautifully plated as always, instagram ready for sure. The sourdough is toasted nice and crisp, with aromatic herby (almost like a pesto) green mayonnaise spread. Highly recommend their bbq brisket which is very tender and braised with a deep flavorful bbq sauce. But note that they charge extra on the more premium toppings (e.g. truffle egg, crab meat..)Cinnamon danish | $28A bit overpriced for a small pastry. But appreciate their offer to reheat before serving. The danish is crispy but a bit dense and not flaky enough. The sweetness kinda dominates, could use a bit more cinnamon and less sugar.Almond flat white | $42 (intense, piccolo size)The coffee tailoring is essentially the choice of beans, volume and amount of milk foam. My choice of a more intense white coffee with less milk foam equals a piccolo. Despite offering my favorite almond milk, their coffee still a bit too pricy, in an area with abundant quality specialty coffee shops, this will not be my goto coffee.

Bookmark咗APT好耐，一直係想去灣仔分店，今次陰差陽錯嚟到中環分店，係斜路上，冇咁大間同開揚，不過都唔錯。
呢度嘅特色，係可以揀到好detail，無論食物定咖啡都可以tailormade！咖啡方面，可以揀奶泡狀態、咖啡濃淡、House Blend定Seasonal Blend等等，其實即係將咖啡啲種類拆開，再分細啲畀人揀lol 有少少gimmick但好似亦冇咩必要，仲令客人多咗好多疑惑。
不過，咖啡係好飲嘅，亦完全做到要求，呢啲值得一讚。
Toast方面，揀咗Mushroom同Salmon，比一般Sourdough Toast更加大份，麵包偏硬身，幾香口仲要裝飾得好靚，上枱已經令人開心！整體嚟講，略嫌有少少dry，揀咗tomato cream sauce，但份量太少唔太食到，磨菇可以再煮淋啲，煙三文魚就Normal，未到好令人驚喜，不過都唔錯嘅。
路過發現這家小店，被款式精美的酥餅吸引，即使趕時間，也決定坐下醫吓肚仔。
經店員介紹，只知道咖啡除了好味與否外，還有好多學問，實在長了不小知識。
order了Latte及杏仁牛角酥。
Latte有美麗的拉花已經成為必然，但始終味道最重要，呷了一口，牛奶味與咖啡的比例適中，醇厚中夾雜着幼滑的牛奶味道，個人口味不愛太多奶泡，這裡的Latte正好是我杯茶，$45元一杯不算便宜，但物有所值。
而杏仁牛角酥甜度適中，上層舖上份量不小的香脆杏仁，很有咬口，美中不足是可能已經接近打烊，牛角酥已不太鬆脆，還有DD韌，扣了小許分。
再訪APT 今次嚟到佢中環分店 鍾意呢間cafe嘅原因 莫過於佢由食物到咖啡 都可以自己選擇配搭🤓不過去完灣仔嗰間 覺得中環呢間嘅食物水準比較下稍為低啲啲🤔✏️Poached eggs & mushroom sourdough ($108)賣相依然係唔錯 面頭嘅小小裝飾已經令到成份toast多咗幾份美感🌱Sourdough 夠硬身 食落入面有微微煙韌口感 厚薄度適中🌝水波蛋就唔使特別介紹 做到嘅流心效果十足 仲有2大隻🥳但個蘑菇我就冇咁鍾意 因為之前喺灣仔食嗰間係用好似冬菇咁厚身唧菇黎 切成厚粒狀 而呢間就係普通嘅蘑菇薄切片 雖然份量都多 但上次食嘅口感更佳 同時我覺得炒得又油左啲 食到最後有少少滯膩感🥴
太多選擇，太多不同的配搭！😍今日叫了四份sets,終於可以貪心試不同的配搭！超愛。
店員仲好nice咁寫了4張recommendation cards，教埋點配才是最好的！Bread choice 有Sourdough & Raisin & Walnut。
