Rapha provides the world’s finest cycling clothing and accessories, whilst promotes biking and conscious traveling. Recently they have opened a coffee shop next to their store in my old neighborhood Sheung Wan.1. This Coconut Coffee is not on their paper menu. When I was ordering a flat white at the cashier, I saw it on the board at the bar, so I asked the barista what it is, and decided to give it a try.2. Coconut Coffee is actually an iced white coffee which is made with coconut water instead of water.3. You might think that it would be really sweet. But surprisingly it is not. And the coconut water just makes the iced coffee more refreshing. Perfect for cooling myself on a humid summer day after some walk to this coffee shop.4. I spent some time in the coffee shop reading a book. The ice cubes in the coffee melted but they did not affect the taste of coffee like ordinary iced coffee. I wonder why.5. They sold out their lemon tartMight need to visit again to try it out!
