有朋友生日，所以去食好啲!期待呢間西營盤同上環中間嘅西餐廳有一段時間，我哋有時經過都會覺得好靚，好想去食，今次終於的起心肝去食！Tagliere Medio Sharing platter （Medium Size) 🥖因為我哋比驚喜朋友，所以叫咗個小食拼盤食住等🤣🤣個拼盤有四種火腿同埋四種芝士 ，都幾有意大利風味，唔錯！！Ginocchi TaleggioGinocchi係用新鮮嘅薯仔造成咗去嘅意粉，而且食得出佢嘅意粉係新鮮製造，好好味同埋有少少煙韌嘅口感，而同樣新鮮嘅truffle一齊食係超好味！幾香松露味而且個汁撈埋一齊食係超Rich🤤Pizza Funghi Tartufo果然係意大利人做嘅薄餅！因為同喺意大利食嘅可以話係一模一樣，薄底嘅薄餅再加上菇都係天衣無縫，真係好好味！Costine Di Maiale係用豬肋骨來做嘅意大利菜，佢嗰醬有少少似BBQ sauce,整體酸酸甜甜而且好入味，我覺得呢一個係開頭少少食係一個唔錯嘅選擇。Cotoletta Milanese呢個係炸嘅豬扒，係佢做嘅時候你會聽到廚房傳來好大聲嘅揼枱聲，嗰啲聲係來自廚師會即刻幫豬扒「按摩」，被按摩成好大塊嘅豬扒，然後再拎去炸，我覺得好好味因為佢個汁配埋炸豬扒係垂涎欲滴 ，嗰種豬扒未上枱之前嘅期待感已經令到呢道菜生色不少。而佢嘅豬扒口感當然鬆軟，亦都同時保持肉汁！極之推介！我哋都嗌左幾杯酒，當中有cocktail。整體都好好，包括食物同埋服務質素，侍應好好人會同我哋傾吓計，分享佢以前喺意大利嘅時光。

First time visiting this restaurant, and the food is amazingly authentic high quality and delicious ... the Italian chef cooks in front of you in an open kitchen!!! The Caprese (Burrata cheese was very delicious with the Tomato in olive and herbs dressing. Beef Bolognase tasted just right with the shave Parmesan cheese.Tiramisu was the best I’ve had in past 10 yearsAppetizer, pasta, dessert and coffee set lunch cost $152, a great value!!!I’ll be back again and again !!!I highly recommend this restaurant!
Amazing cold cuts, Burrata, pasta and Tagliata. Very reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere and great service as well. Wine list is also great. The Parma ham especially was delicious. The Tagliata was cooked to perfection and all the pastas are homemade
The food is beyond my expectation. The pasta is hand made. Three different types of ham are perfectly matched with soft cheese and sparkling wine. It’s one of most Delicious Italian food I have ti in HK .We celebrate our friends birthday here and the staff and environment is so nice .
Amazing food as it was just another swift Sunday, I just roamed around and found this sweet treat. It was great Italian food and I would recommend the meat platter and spag Bolognese. It was so good!!!
