平時成日經過依間野都好想試吓見咁靚 應該幾好坐同幾好食終於有一日lunch黎食Book左枱 黎到都唔full喎坐係幾好坐 環境幾好～～～首先經過左buffet bar area都唔太吸引所以2個人都決定散叫野食 唔叫套餐叫左個前菜、意粉同牛扒野食整體上真係比相像中一般牛食落又好普通..又偏乾意粉唔覺有咩咁特別 麵既質地唔係好好食..好普通真係無咩surprise話好食係失望左🙈 上菜都好慢 服務真係一般下次未必會再黎..
我好鐘意有落地玻璃既餐廳。
嗰種開洋的既感覺，就好似你瞓到自然醒， 好悠閒咁食lunch，然後一到陽光透入窗內，感受到的，是陽光既溫暖，同假期自由自在既氣息。
去到意大利餐廳不可不試佢哋嘅意粉🍝 🦐紅蝦意粉🍝每條意粉都掛滿醬汁, 濃厚美味尤其是，食材好新鮮， 🍅鮮番茄同🦐紅蝦， 🍝除了有🍅嘅酸咪咪又帶住🦐紅蝦蝦膏鮮甜味道，滲透每一條意粉 啖啖香濃雞油菌蘑菇和黑松露🧀🍕意大利大師傳統工藝手作麵團即叫即烤餅底既香脆又鬆軟,天然配料，芝士，配上珍貴的黑松露真正傳統意大利風味!瑪格麗特🍕🍅番茄醬、辣豬肉腸、意大利芝士 ， 新鮮簡單嘅食材帶來不平凡嘅味道。

這家意大利餐廳座落在新紀元廣場地下，週未晚上的客人以外藉人士為主，佔7成吧，地方很闊落，裝修很好，樓底有5米，燈光全是黃光小射燈，7pm入黑後很浪漫。
店外設户外坐，天氣開始熱，建議 7pm後才入坐較好。
開歺先点了杯Apple Martini, 点了10分鐘後竟然說沒有，我問 whether you don't have fresh apple juice or don't have martini, 但答不出，最後点了sex on the beach, 上檯，嚇了一跳，竟用 rock glass 上？？？！！！有冇搞錯呀？用 rock glass 上的 cocktail 都是 strong 的，例如 old fashioned 及 Negroni, sex on the beach not a strong cocktail at all。
Cold Starter 是 Spicy Tuna with Avocado, 這個可以， tuna是剁了粗粒，吃下沒有渣，過关，配牛油果是很好的選擇。
Hot Starter 是 炸蝦及炸魷魚，這個很難做得難吃的前菜，味道幾好，但炸漿不夠脆，overall叫一般了。
Main Dish 是煎牛柳，這個比較差，很鞋口，要用力切，那是牛柳了，中間亦帶筋，不成的啦。
餐酒点了 house red, 正常吧。
餐後点了 Cheese Platter 及 Cholocate Lava cake with Gelato, 芝士係求其切幾種比你，反而 Lava cake 幾好，暖暖的流心朱古力，那個基本上不是 Gelato, 只是 ice cream。
消費 14xx元 for two, 基本上晚上不可能再來啦。
Time is 4pm after hotel buffet bunch.It's time for relaxing to geta glass Moetchampagne under the 🌞 My fat lady order cocktail Bellini. This is peach taste with sparkling wine. Also is my favourcocktail. My friend give me surprise for my birthday thatone staff serve me Tiramisu cake with candle.its very amazing moment, floor staff is very helpful for take photo to us and even not many staff are on duty, but they will come to greetme and say Happy birthday to me during their busy working moment.it's very simple but l feel comfortable and friendly to me. Tiramisu cake is in a glasstaste good , mascarpone cheese very yummy with lady finger with touch of bitter coffee on yoursmooth palate, very match with our champagne cocktail Very chill and relaxingtime a pass by always easy, time to go shopping l willback again to have dinner
相約好友Happy Friday，在中環吃了普通一餐之後打算找一個地方喝杯白酒和吃個甜品，一直走著走著看到Gaia Ristorante一家意大利西餐廳，我們被門口的燈飾吸引，而且有outdoor/indoor dining，我們毫不猶豫入座了，我們分別點了一杯wine & cocktail以及tiramisu，說實在味道就一般了，普通餅乾上了一層cream & coffee powder，但環境精緻，帶有朦朧美搭夠
