☕️🧊Volcano on Ice☕️Doppio Ristretto Flat White.Visited the coffee shop in the afternoon and all the food were sold out so we could only order coffee 😢 The barista was very nice and detailedly introduced me the different coffee! 😚☕️ Ristretto is made with same amount of coffee, but extracted with half the amount of water used in an espresso, which gives a more concentrated shot of coffee. Compared to espresso, ristretto has a stronger, richer and sweeter flavour, and has a better and more intense aftertaste!😋The place is spacious and comfy with huge windows which allows natural sunlight to shine through the windows☀️Would visit again for their signature bagel and latte!🍴🥰

一向都知道過海果面都有好多食Bagel而環境唔錯嘅Coffee Shop，不過價錢就比較係貴啲，而Coco espresso 係一個唔錯嘅選擇，因為價錢都公道啲，之前嗰friend已經去過coco espresso幾次，所以今次就去咗另一間門面相對靚啲嘅分店到食。
環境方面：環境都幾闊落，柔黃色嘅燈光加埋佢入面啲黑白為主工業feel嘅設計俾人感覺好舒服。
由於去嗰時係平日，咁啲人都相對比較少，但係其他位都有人坐，最後我哋就揀咗最入邊嘅bar枱。
食物方面：今次我哋叫咗Chicken and Avocado Guacamole Bagel🥯 (右）同埋Smoked Salmon and Onion Bagel 🥯 (左)冇記錯嘅話佢嘅Bagel🥯有啲唔同，係加咗黑醋落去入面，估唔到咁嘅配搭出嚟都幾好食，同埋可能本身都鍾意食少少酸嘅嘢。
而Bagel就係芝麻味，食落去嗰時都食到表面芝麻嘅香味。
而咖啡☕️方面分別叫咗Mocha 同Skim Mike Latte ，而佢個拉花都比較特別，我杯Mocha拉咗個樹熊🐨出嚟，見到樹熊嗰花我同我個friend都覺得好靚都係咁影相📸️。
另一杯就係應該係拉一座山嚟，都唔係平時普通coffee shop嘅心形同埋葉型嗰啲，絕對適合各位想去打卡嘅人士。
而味道方面都唔會話太苦亦都唔係偏酸嘅咖啡，啲奶泡都幾厚，飲落去都幾滑，整體來講都好滿意。
總括嚟講CoCo espresso 係一個物超所值嘅coffee shop，喺嗰個地區裏面已經有好少咁嘅價錢可以有高質素嘅食物同咖啡，仲要佢個環境係唔錯，強烈推薦想打卡嘅你，可以嚟呢度飲杯咖啡Hea下放鬆下自己☕️。
今日一早起身諗住中環嘆番個靚早餐先番工，想搵間cafe坐下，行過覺得都ok就試下。
地方係坐得舒適，無乜壓迫感。
八點鐘度係完全無人，只見間中有人買外賣走。
早餐有幾個set，我就要左scramble egg on toast加cappuccino。
58蚊算係中環正常價錢。
咖啡ok既，唔會太苦。
個toast就好普通。
炒蛋就好難唔好食既，不過個麵包唔太出色，無乜質感，又唔脆。
如果以cafe黎講，我諗要換一換sourdough之類先會多回頭客。
有些地方，安靜舒服，因為人不多；有些地方，開心熱鬧，因為人很多；這裡很特別，人算不少，但有一種寧靜舒適的感覺，高級的感覺，平民的價錢。
雖然沒有日系裝橫，但人就好日本feel，包括員工及每一位顧客，也許港島區的人，比較寧靜，比較注重涵養，也可能外邊的世界太喧鬧了，這裏有與世隔絕的感覺。
今日偶然經過，忽然有事，買了杯Mocha坐了5分鐘就要怱怱離開，但感覺很好。
咖啡味道輕，泡較厚身，不算最好，但環境感覺都很好，物有所值！加油！
Came here in the morning and had time to sit down for a coffee. Colleagues said that this is the best coffee spot in this area so I had to try They have a pretty good list of single origin and I ended up choosing the Colombia, and it was really well done10/10 would come back for more 😋
