朋友說每次去金鐘都必定路過 fuel espresso 一嚐它的 carrot cake 。但那店收 7點，有幾次路過都無緣。這店是新開的。在鰂魚涌太古坊建築群望海的一方。今天路過，來碰碰運氣。起初沒見到半開放式櫃檯有陳列出來。有點失望。鼓起勇氣一問，店員說 Carrot cake 在雪櫃。Carrot cake （$45）忌廉芝士層香而不膩，不太甜，可以再酸一點。海綿蛋糕部分沒有因為雪過而變硬。可以再多一點蘿蔔絲。整體非常好味。Single regular espresso （$36）喜歡那精緻的杯。可以選偏苦的朱古力味或偏酸但重果味。我點了朱古力。nose 一流，微澀，after taste 長。人不多。喜歡望海的感覺。

Apart from the coffees, I love the way this place is set out with lots of privacy.It is a great place to hang out so is the other branch at Elements.There were so many coffees to choose from and the Wellington Flat White seemed fancy so ordered that.It was quite bitter so a lot of sugar is required if you want it sweeter.Overall a nice place to sip your coffee slowly.
