Ordered a Carbonara takeaway. Found a metal strip in the pasta.Took the food back to shop and spoke to Store Manager and Chef. Store Manager did not respond. Chef said accident happens, could have happened to any business, and it must be a piece fallen off an utensil. Refunded.
